As others said does NOT work for Link
Bought this for my Quest 3 to play my steam games over link. Well, PC only sees it as 2.0. I’ve tried every direction multiple ports, it doesn’t work. Honestly good cable for charging tho I couldn’t recommend due to it’s price. Very disappointed save your money.EDIT: It does perform VERY WELL for the headset which really was the point. Getting into connect to my computer at the correct speed DOES happen – sometimes but keeping my Quest 3 battery full while gaming is the primary focus. I’m upping my review to 4 stars.

quest 3 and high speed charging.
bought this for my quest 3, works good. I also updated my router so i use the quest 3 with no wires But the cable has proved it self with my 60 watt usb c connection so im keeping the cable. I get a notice everytime i use this cable with my high speed usb c (A good one) high speed charging enabled. I will say it only works about 50% of the time as a quest link cable if your plugged into my 60 watt. I think this is fault of the device (or my pc case) not the cable. but if you plug it in one of my normal USB C on the motherboard works 100% of the time. (no high speed charging this way) I dont use the 3.0 adaptor, the quest 3 charging plug is 45Watt you cant get no place near that with a USB 3.0

Ive had this cord for 2 years and its been stepped on, twisted, yankee, pulled, tossed evry which way and has never once failed me. bought in 2022 for my oculus and to this day has held its strength and power both ports are still snug and fit like new. used it for my phone and other devices with all of them holding power and charge. i HIGHLY recommend this cord. i suspect ill have it for another couple years so long as i take care of it.
