Why is my face scrubber weak, it halts with pressure or resistance?
It’s equipped with a pressure sensor when applying too much pressure, it stops spinning to protect your face. That is a big plus for sensitive skin. Please keep the brush flush to the skin, pressing too hard will trigger the sensor to stop spinning.
Can I try to rotate the brush head with external force?
The face scrubber is equipped with sophisticated gear system, it drives brush head spinning, but you can not try to rotate the brush head with external force, or it would damage the gear system.
How to charge the face brush?
Connect the facial brush with an adapter via the charging cable in box. Plug the adapter into socket. The indicator light flashes during charging, and keeps solid on once charging finished. Please seal back well the silicone cap afterwards.
How to turn on the face scrubber?
Long-press ( Press and hold for 2 seconds ) the power button to turn on the electric face scrubber. And then short-press the power button to switch between different intensity types.
How to optimize the performance of V-Sonic mode?
V-sonic mode is a gentle yet effective mode. V-Sonic mode working with silicone brush head could be best solution for twice-per-day facial cleansing routine.

This face cleaner nice AF… I feel like like I bought a quality electronic not a cheap plastic face scrubber. I should not be this hype for a face scrubber but this feels so premium compared to others I have used. Don’t even question it just buy it. I looked at all the face scrubbers on Amazon and I’m glad I picked this thing.Aesthetic on point. Build feels quality… doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Nice speed.Have only used the silicone head so far and it feels and works great. The silicone bristles are short, stiff and placed close together which works better than another scrubber I have and I appreciate that the silicone head is not stationary. Maybe I am just weird but I really like when the head rotates… it just makes the experience more fun and just feels more clean.The other brush heads had good build quality and the bristles are soft yet stiff enough to clean well. Snap on heads feel cheap compared to these magnetic brush heads.Used it a few times already and it feels like it works well cleaning my face. The head has not stopped rotating on me so I assume if it happens it is user error.This face scrubber nice AF… just buy it already !!!

Rotating of scrubber doesn’t work in less than 2 months.
Bought for daughter for Christmas. Today is Feb 15th and the rotating stopped working. It still vibrates, but that’s useless if it doesn’t rotate the scrubber. Not even 2 months of use. ( And she doesn’t use it everyday.) I suggest buying a more reputable brand that you can trust.

Vibrates and spins! I was surprised by that. I really like the speed and the size of the attachments makes covering your face and neck way faster than most on the market. The magnetic head makes it so my hair doesn’t get pulled out it if happens to get wrapped around the spinner. So happy with this

Good brush for the price
I bought this (did not get for free) because my previous facial brush stopped working. I loved it until it died. I only had it for a couple of months…and to be fair, it was cheap. So I was hunting for a new brush and found this brand and it had good reviews…albeit for free item. However, it turns out that this facial brush is awesome- so far. I’ve only had it for a week and I’ve used it every day. The charge seems to last quite a while…meaning at least through 7 uses. I am not a fan of the intermediate setting but if you are worried about over scrubbing your skin, it would be useful. I prefer the silicone vibration because my skin is sensitive. This brush really makes your skin feel soft and clean. I haven’t used the other brush heads yet but they seem soft enough. I’ll update once I try the exfoliating brush.For the only detractor I’ve found so far…the little watertight tab that goes over the charging port can’t be reinserted completely once it has been removed. I’m worried water will get into the port area. If anyone has a method for getting it back in, please let me know. I really like the brush.

Great while it lasts..
I initially started washing my face more because I wanted to clean my beard more often and this was a good product (I thought) to do both of those things.At first glance, it comes with 3 brush heads and a charger – seemingly a good package for the price. I used the bristle brush once a week as recommended to exfoliate my skin more and used the silicone brush every day when I showered.Fast forward to 5 months later, and the brush head no longer spins. I cannot find an easy way to contact the company but did find an email so we’ll see if they do anything at all about it. It’s a nice product but the durability is really bad. It seems like I’m not the only one who had these issues.If they contact me and offer a solution, I can bump this up. If they don’t, I’ll probably bump it down because I can’t remember the last time I had a product break this fast. Good customer support is necessary if you’re gonna put out cheap products.

Power is very weak, brush is not for sensitive skin.
I would rather it use an AA battery and get a good amount of power than br cordless and weak. They fell short by not putting a strong enough battery in it. If you’ve ever used any sort of vibrating brush that stops vibrating when it touches your skin, that’s what this is.Additionally, only one of the three brushes is said to be safe for sensitive skin, per the company, and that’s the silicone brush. You can buy another version made by the same brand which only includes a silicone brush for $20 less, so if you have sensitive skin, please note that!Additionally, the nylon brushes are very cheap my made and seem harsh. I am using my Trident true Clarisonic Mia as comparison as well as my PMD clean, which just recently broke after three years of use. Both are excellent, my Clarisonic is chargeable and cordless, and has Hella power while my PMD clean uses one AA battery and has excellent power as well. I’d say this one gets about 20% of the power of both brushes.
