So many bad things..
On mine, the top bar gets super hot, and the rest of them are luke warm at best. The worst thing is that I noticed my towel smelling like burnt electrical wiring or something. I’m suspicious that the paint it’s coated with could be what’s causing the smell. Seems like more cheap Chinese crap that probably sells for cheap since there’s no one to regulate quality and possible toxic coatings.. that end up on your towel, and then on your skin. You get what you pay for.

Works but doesn’t get as hot as I would want so if you’re okay with not setting the temperature this will be good for you. The 4hr heating option is a plus.

A must for any bathroom
A must for any bathroom ! Dries the towels very quickly, has a built-in 2/4hr timer, just perfect ! Looks very stylish too ! Dried towels can be used quite a few times, remain fresh & nice. Damp towels require very frequent washes. $$$avings!

Works fine but not as well as I had expected
The install was okay, not too bad. However, for things to dry on this rack, it has to be positioned well. If the item extends below the lower rung, those portions of the item won’t dry – this may be obvious in hindsight but if you got this to dry normal sized bath towels, know that those won’t fit on this to dry in the timed duration.

Either I got a bad one or these are built bad
Update… I got the 2nd one to swap out with the first. Finish was marginally better, still a lot of paint bumps bubbles. Control panel seemed to be screwed in this time. That said.. IT IS HEATING WHEN NOT ON. Crazy.. seems like a fire hazard. These absolutely are not worth the low price. Never given a review on Amazon like this, these are hot garbage. — 1st review from first try. Control panel only has 1 of two screws set in it, I can’t get spinning screw on bottom to set (not part of assy, it came installed and bad). Lots of bubbles in paint on lower rails. Deep scratches in finish on front of unit. Legs that go against wall missing paint. I don’t think I got install instructions (possible I threw them out on accident). I ordered a replacement and will update if replacement is any better.

Poor quality, no instructions
The rack came with no installation or operating instructions.Poor construction quality. Mounting feet to rack needed modifications, as none of the feet would secure porperly to the rack with the attached hardware. Some of the nuts in the rack were loose and would rotate without ever tightening up. One of the screws went straight throug the foot and needed a washer to stay in place.On the positive side once it was installed it’s keeping the towels nice and warm.

la tornilleria deja que desear y sería bueno que en las instrucciones dijera las medidas de los lugares para hacer las perforaciones de instalacion. De ahí en adelante calienta bien las toallas con un bajo consumo de corriente. Se siente muy rico secarse con una toalla caliente despues del baño.

I bought 2 of these and both were poorly constructed. Both items had loose anchor points in the frame so the attachment bolts for the feet could not screw into the frame. One of the towel holders had no 90 degree angles in the construction.
