Great automatic soap dispenser from a company that cares about quality
We own a lot of items from Simplehuman, occasionally swapping out with upgrades over the years. This is an excellent automatic soap dispenser, and the caddy for the scrubbing sponge is great for kitchen use. Works well with almost everything.The only downsides we’ve noticed from a lot of use is that it won’t activate for glasses, and some darker non stick pans. That’s the only reason I’m deducting 1 star. Still highly recommended.

Love this auto soap dispenser. Ended up not needing the caddy and stand, but the dispenser is worth it. Super easy to use, nice and sturdy, and beautiful against my appliances. No issues with leaking. I had the 9 oz and used to have issues with it dispensing if I got near it, but this one won’t dispense unless I actually put my hand underneath. Easy to wipe down and doesn’t leave a ton of fingerprints.

I really like this dispenser. It works very well for us and we usually get about 2 weeks of use from one charge.We did have the unit fail and just stop charging about 8 months in. We contacted Simplehuman customer service and they sent out a replacement unit within 5 days.5 stars just for the amazing customer service.

The new design is much better than the earlier design that required more water in the soap to avoid clogs and batteries that needed to be replaced frequently. I like the rechargeable batteries on this new model, but I am concern about their life. So far I’ve used for two weeks straight out of the box and did not have to recharge it! However, it’s price has gone up substantially.
