Best for two normal sized towels.
Husband’s towel is warm, cozy and dry. We use big bath sheets, it’s really best for just one of these monsters. If I will be showering at least an hour later he racks my towel. But it is his particular preference and he is loving it.

Looks great once installed – it’s now working and heats up well
The towel rail looks great now it’s installed but the installation process was horrible. The instructions are terrible and practically useless.There is no checklist of what’s in the box..Once you figure out how the parts come together and various grub screws and screws fit through trial and error you can get around to trying to install it.The drywall plugs are useless – get your own.A template would have been really helpful – simple card template that you could tape to the wall vs holding it up to the wall and drawing around the mounting feet and leaving lots of marks on the wall.Once you get the mounts up the rest is easy to get the grub screws to hold the unit up.Then just figure out how the control panel works.I would have given it 3.5 stars deductibg 1 star for the lack of instructions etc and 1/2 star for the installation frustration.Allow 4 hours.

Best addition to my bathroom!
I recently completed a main bath remodel and I think this is my favorite feature! The towel warmer was easy to hang using the hardware provided. The towel rack is large enough to hold two large bath towels at a time. It is easy to operate using the touch buttons to turn it on and adjust the temperature. You can set the duration anywhere from one hour to 24 hours to it remaining on all the time. The temperature ranges between 115 and 155°. When I first started using the towel warmer I would turn it on long before my shower but now I realize I can turn it on as I’m getting into the shower on the highest setting and it is plenty warm when I get out. There is nothing better than a nice warm towel to wrap up in when you get out of the shower. I also like the fact that I can put the wet towel back on the rack and it dries it out quicker than just hanging it over a hook. I love the look of the clean lines and the black matte finish is nicely done. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely order again.

Does Not Warm
The only thing this item does right is look good on my wall. This towel rack should be listed as just that, a towel rack. The heated description should be omitted because the one I received does not heat any towels at all. I have experimented with a towel on it for different amounts of time up to 24 hours and it does not work. You can feel “some” heat when the rack is touched, but it is not strong enough to warm the thinnest of towels on the hottest level. I cannot return it because I purchased it for my home remodel and it did not get installed until it was too late. Oh, and mine does not “auto shut-off” either. Was so happy to get it but am so disappointed in the performance. I wanted it to work so bad.
