Excellent air purifier – well worth the money
This is an excellent air purifier. I own two of them and I ordered a third one today. For 2 years, my cleaning lady would comment on how dusty my condo was compared to other homes she cleans. I never noticed it that much – I guess I was just used to it. And she would always comment on how much “stuff” the vacuum cleaner pulled out of the carpet, even right after I had the carpet professionally cleaned. In May of this year, she suggested I invest in an air purifier for my “great” room. I agreed but I had no idea what to look for or how to choose a good one. I didn’t want to throw my money away on an inferior product. Like I always do, I turned to Amazon. I looked at literally dozens of air purifiers and read all the reviews. I am not at all mechanically-inclined so anything I buy in the way of home goods needs to be easy to set up, operate and maintain. But of course I couldn’t really know any of that until it was actually in my home. I finally settled on this one simply because I liked the way it it looked (and it had good reviews). Anything that has to to sit out in the open in my condo has to be aesthetically appealing to the eye. I bought it in black and it’s very sleek-looking and non-obtrusive. It turned out to be super easy to set up and operate. It’s such a breeze to install and replace the filters that even I can do it. The filters last about 3 months and at $20 for a 2-pack, the cost is reasonable. A red light comes on when it’s time to replace the filter – no guessing games. There are three levels of power for the fan and I leave it on the medium setting, but that’s an individual choice. It does emit a subtle noise but I find it soothing. A bluish white light lets you know it’s operating correctly. Within a few minutes of turning it on the first time, there was a noticeable improvement in air quality – I was already breathing much better. I don’t currently have a dog but friends and family members frequently bring their dogs to my home so I always have a certain amount of dog hair and dander. The air purifier has cut down on that drastically. I don’t smoke nor does anyone who comes to my home (I wouldn’t allow it indoors anyway) so I can’t speak to how effectively it removes that. But I can say it cuts down significantly on cooking odors and clears them quickly. In September I purchased another unit for my den. This morning I purchased a third unit for my bedroom. As a older person with severe lower back issues, it’s a good size and weight for me. It’s wasn’t too heavy when I had to lift and carry the units inside from my patio and then to the appropriate rooms. Now when my cleaning lady comes to clean (once a month), she always comments on how much the air purifier has helped improve everything. I highly recommend this air purifier. The units seem to be well-made and I expect them to last a long time.

Excellent air purifier – quiet and very effective

Seems to be working
I guess it’s working. Just by looking at the particles in the air floating around where the sunlight hits it seems to eventually clear the air. The noise level on low or medium is not so bad. If you need to run it on high, then you’ll probably need to turn the TV up a little. The only drawback so far is the cats will jump on it and turn it over.

This thing WORKS!
Amazing value. We didn’t want to buy a crazy expensive air purifier and this one is at a very reasonable cost for the quality. We have minor dog allergies and get a little sniffly around dogs but 1 hour after plugging this air purifier in… no more runny nose, no cough, nothing. It definitely filters dander and dust very well. It’s a little louder than I anticipated but otherwise it works really well. Highly recommend!

GREAT AIR PURIFIER FOR PEOPLE WITH PETS AND ALLERGIES!
I recently accidentally dropped my old air purifier, and it broke. I went online and researched several air purifiers and ended up buying this one. The reviews are amazing, and it fits perfectly in this stuffy basement apartment. It’s very powerful, and has a very low noise level. I have severe allergies to dust and seem to be dusting less often. There is no smell associated with my air purifiers. My apartment is a decent size-about 1500 Square feet ,but I still got the white and the black one because I have hairy cats and severe allergies. Right out of the box they went to work and I’m so glad that I read the feedback, and feel exactly the same way about these two air purifiers. This is a must-have option for those of us with allergies!

I’m going to be dead honest with you! I have SEVERE CAT ALLERGIES , but I got 2 kittens last year and I’m almost dead and currently receiving allergy shots at the university hospital so I might be looking for a middle! I keep them clean and regularly change the filters and they are grimy .. I can’t imagine how bad it would be if I didn’t have 4 of them running in the downstairs of my house.. but my allergies are vicious
