Great sounding Amazon soundbar with wireless subwoofer is an excellent value
This Amazon soundbar with wireless subwoofer sounds great. Voices are very clear, and the subwoofer adds impressive low frequency response. Music sounds great and movie sound effects (explosions, car crashes, etc.) are impressive too.Setup was easy and the soundbar quickly linked (wirelessly) to the subwoofer. Note that the subwoofer must be plugged into wall power, but you can place it almost anywhere in the room. The low frequency sounds that the subwoofer produces are not directional, meaning you really can’t tell where they are coming from.I think this Amazon soundbar and subwoofer combination is an excellent value.

Excellent seamless integration with Fire TV television.
I own a 43″ Fire TV on which I installed a competitive soundbar and subwoofer which I owned before the Fire TV purchase. While it sounded great when it connected the connection was intermittent and a continued source of frustration whenever I powered it on which is pretty much everyday (bedroom installation). I finally had enough and decided to purchase the Fire TV Soundbar Plus with Subwoofer. It was a breeze to install…literally plug and play. I spent an hour or so getting to know the settings and tuning the system. If my original soundbar worked consistently I never would have made the switch. But I did make the switch and while the sound is very good for this TV it is the fact that it works perfectly every time that makes me happy. The features are good enough though I would like more ability to fine tune the subwoofer. The design is very appealing. It looks great, fits perfectly, and the fact that this is now an ‘All Fire TV’ system (TV, soundbar, subwoofer) makes the compatibility and ability to adjust settings from the TV, the remote, or the soundbar itself, simple and flexible.

Awesome Bar/Sub for Movies, Streaming and Dolby Content
Before purchasing this bar and sub, I read way too many soundbar reviews and did a bunch of comparison shopping. It eventually came down to this and the Klipsch. I chose this one because I was wanted ease of setup and perfect compatibility with my new Panasonic OLED Fire TV. As expected, the setup was cake and it’s flawlessly compatible with my new Fire TV (the Panny OLED, by the way, is top notch).I can’t compare this to other sound bars/subs because this is my first, but I can compare it to the high quality Denon receiver and Definitive Technology speakers that I also have connected to the TV. I still use the Denon/Def Tech speakers for certain types of viewing (i.e., music heavy and for live sports), but this soundbar/sub is massively superior when watching movies and general streaming content. It’s movie theater quality sound, especially when the content is recorded with high-end sound (e.g., Dolby). It totally changes the home viewing experience.I haven’t had to use the dialogue enhancement because everything is crisp and clear right out of the box with factory settings. There are lots of settings and features available using the remote, though I just set the bass/treble to where I like them and haven’t touched it since.If you are looking at this bar/sub, the only real competition at this price range is the Klipsch, without the sub. I think it is a no-brainer to go with this one, considering the price and quality. My sense is that to really step up from this range you need to spend around a grand on a Samsung system. That’s not for me, and I’m glad I got this.The sound bar/sub are fairly beefy, so if space is an issue, consider that. But otherwise, Amazon has done a fine job with this setup, so I would just do it.

Very impressed so far with this sound bar and subwoofer. The sound is clear and the bass is deep. Best of all was the setup. Easy and accurate instructions, pretty much just plug and play, firestick did the rest, remote that came with it is easy to use and also once you plug in your firetv remote automatically reads the addition of the soundbar and assumes control of it so when you turn your tv on and off the soundbar does the same. Highly recommend.

If You Are New To, Or First Time Buyer…
Overall this is a Truly GREAT Sound System At A Very Reasonable Price Point. Mostly, because it is a 3.1 Sound System which manufactures do Not want to manufacture. Why?… Let me explain. The “Third” Channel to Any system is for Dialog… that’s it. THAT is the channel you want when you want to “Hear” what is being said while watching a movie or listening to music. The ‘Other’ Two Channel’s along with the Sub-woofer is strictly for the background. So. What EVER system you are using, if you can’t, or you complain about not being able to ‘Hear’ or ‘Understand’ what is being said, it is because of the Third Channel Not Being Present or your system is just poor quality.So bottom line, 3.1 (1 Means Your System INCLUDES A Sub-woofer), OR, a 5.1 which has better Surround Sound Qualities will give you the BEST in ‘Dialog’ listening. The ‘Kicker’… Or, “Greed” Factor, manufactures Don’t Want To Offer 3.1 Systems. They would rather sell you a MORE Expensive 5.1 system to increase their bottom line.So, at least for now, Amazon is offering THIS Truly Amazing 3.1 system for a system that has ‘Good’ Quality Sound, AND Excellent Dialog Capabilities! It even offers, ‘Electronically’, Surround Sound Capabilities! Bottom line is, you get Great Sound Quality AND, Dialog Capabilities at a Very Reasonable Price Point and, and overall a Great Sound System. Kinda hard to beat. If you don’t NEED or WANT Studio Sound Quality WHY pay for it.The Fire TV 3.1 Sound System Is An Excellent Choice! Especially, if you are New to, or a First Time Buyer of a Smart TV Audio System.
