Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
Energy loss during charging due to inefficiencies in battery cells and circuitry results in a 30% to 45% capacity reduction. A fully charged Anker 25,000mAh power bank typically delivers about 13,750 to 17,500mAh.
What is Trickle Charging Mode?
Trickle Charging Mode lets the USB-A port charge low-power devices like watches or earbuds. Turn it on or off by double-pressing the button. When enabled, a small blue dot appears, and a low standby output is normal.
How long does it take to recharge the power bank?
The recharge time depends on the charger’s power and the ambient temperature. Using a 100W or higher charger at 77°F (25°C), it typically takes about 2 hours to fully recharge the power bank.
Why does the power bank drain quickly when charging a laptop?
When charging a laptop, the power bank operates at high output which slightly reduces efficiency. Laptop batteries are also much larger than phone batteries, so the laptop’s battery percentage rises slowly, making the power bank seem to drain faster.
Why is the power bank’s output lower than expected?
Power bank’s output depends on the power required by the connected device. As the device’s battery level increases, the required power decreases. For example, with an iPhone 16 Pro and its original charger, the power drops to about 6W at 70% battery.
Triple 100W USB-C Ports for Multi-Device Charging: Ideal for laptop users, this 25,000mAh power bank features three 100W USB-C ports for simultaneous charging—perfect for remote work, home offices, or powering up multiple devices on the go.
25,000mAh for Long-Haul Power: Tackle week-long trips or extended camping with 25,000mAh capacity and ultra-fast recharging, reaching 30% in just 22 minutes. (Note: Complies with 100Wh airline restrictions and is airline carry-on friendly.)
Dual Built-In Cables for Travel: Features two USB-C cables, one extendable up to 2.3 ft with 20,000 retractions, and another at 0.98 ft cable that doubles as a durable carrying strap capable of enduring more than 20,000 bends. Built to handle family travel, outdoor activities, and emergency backup needs.
Charge 4 Devices at Once: Power up smartphones, tablets, or other USB-enabled devices thanks to dual USB-C cables, a USB-A port, and a USB-C port.

Great features, high capacity and rate of charge
Bought primarily for multi week backpacking trip in the mountains. The main feature that drew me to this product is the rate at which this battery bank can be recharged. It is capable of being charged at 100W and will fill in 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is great. I wanted this specifically because I knew my time available to actually recharge this might be short and couldn’t wait overnight so I bought the Anker 100W charger as well. The do indeed work together perfectly and I can confirm I have charged fully several times now and its tome to recharge is as it should be. I also liked that I can see exactly what is going on with the charger whether I am recharging the battery or charging other devices or both, the display tells me exactly what power is being delivered to each output. I found this useful while managing power on trail to recharge phone, head lamp, and watch. The built in cables work well and I have no complains about them, though I think I would have chosen the product without the built in cables, this one happened to be on sale when I bought it, I can go either way on the built in cables, they aren’t problematic, if you are counting grams you might make a different choice. It charged my iPhone 16e at about 18W but seemed to vary the speed it was charging it, I think thats just part of the battery management and power delivery protocols in place for the device, in any case it charged rapidly. For my purposes weight was a major issue and this is a heavy choice, further made more difficult by requiring a 100w charger, which is heavy, to quickly charge this device. I calculate .84 oz/aH for this device and compare that to what I think is the lightest weight device at .51 oz/aH for the 20k version from a popular other manufacturer for ultralight backpacking gear. That device has none of the features this Anker product has and is not capable of fast charging, taking about 8 hours to recharge. All in all after a couple weeks in the mountains with this, I can say I am glad I had it. The newer iPhones are remarkable on battery usage when you are careful to control airplane mode, gps, etc. I even had enough power to let myself watch some movies occasionally without worry about running out. When I got to a place I could recharge I was able to relatively quickly charge up without leaving the gear laying there all day. I have used many Anker products in the past and this has been no different, it appears to obey standards (ie it seem to negotiate successfully with the iPhone on rate of recharge) and seems durable and works as advertised. There are new products already from Anker so take a look at those if you are shopping for something like this, I think the tech is changing rapidly. If this product meets your needs I think you are safe in purchasing it, I have been very happy. I just wish it could magically weigh much less but the tech just isn’t there yet.Works great, features are excellent, reliable, fast, would buy again.

Excellent all-around power bank with fast charging and a great display
I picked up this Anker power bank for use with multiple devices and it has performed very well both at home and while traveling. Charging speeds are excellent across the board. It charges my MacBook Air M4 at up to 67W, my Steam Deck OLED at 45W, and my iPhone 15 Pro at around 20W, which is exactly what I was hoping for.In terms of size, it’s not pocketable, but it’s also not unwieldy. It’s easy to throw into a bag and is perfect for using around the house when you’re not near an outlet, like in the backyard, as well as for travel days when access to power is limited. One of my favorite features is the display. It clearly shows battery status and real-time charging data, including charging speeds, which is far more informative than basic LED indicators and genuinely useful when managing multiple devices.I’ve used several Anker products over the years, including other power banks and wall chargers, and this continues that trend of solid build quality and reliable performance. Overall, this has become my go-to portable charger for higher-power devices, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a capable, high-capacity power bank.

Better than less power-dense models yet compact enough and easy to travel with.
Used it on a foreign travel recently, and it worked very well. No issues at any of the airports (just keep it in the carry-on luggage so it’s easy to remove and show to the security if needed). The built-in USB-C cords work great, the thicker cord provides faster charging. Definitely good to have the 25,000mAh bank versus the less dense ones because it charged two of our phones without any problems and without itself getting drawn down much. Great design, easy to travel with. I don’t write many product reviews but was happy to write a blurb for this one.

Serious power for laptops and phones in one portable battery
The Anker Laptop Power Bank is incredibly powerful and well designed. With 25,000mAh capacity and triple 100W USB-C ports, it can comfortably charge a laptop, phone, and another device at the same time without slowing down. It handles MacBooks and other USB-C laptops easily, which makes it perfect for travel, school, or long workdays. The built-in retractable cables are a huge convenience and reduce the need to carry extra cords. Charging speeds are fast and consistent, and the battery feels solid and premium. Despite the large capacity, it’s still flight-approved, which adds a lot of value for frequent travelers.Overall, this is an excellent all-in-one power solution if you need reliable, high-output charging on the go.What other customers should know:High-capacity 25,000mAh batteryTriple 100W USB-C ports for laptops and phonesBuilt-in retractable cables are very convenientFast, reliable charging performanceGreat for travel, work, and school use

Excellent charger that gets the job done.
It charges my laptop, Switch 2, and phone, and the built-in cables are nice and have held up well so far. The display shows useful information such as charge status, output levels, total number of charges, and heat level for safety. I had a bit of an issue with the packaging, but Anker was quick to help resolve it.

Near Perfect.
Very VERY good power bankBuild Quality: 9/10, I wish there was rubber feet on the back because it wants you to use it while its standing? I dunno its a bit weird but its sturdy and it def will not break.Cables: 8/10; The cable on the side is STURDY but it needs like a locking clicky mechanism.Charging Speed: 10/10 never have I seen such a good power bank at this priceIt has lasted me a semester and it will last WAY longer. This charger does not heat up and can charge my MacBook for a day of classes

Duża moc Å‚adowania, wygoda w użyciu, dwa wbudowane przewody, dużo informacji o statusie Å‚adowania/rozÅ‚adowywania, opcja passthrough (a’la UPS – może Å‚adować urzÄ…dzenia sam bÄ™dÄ…c Å‚adowanym). I’ve been using this Anker 25,000mAh laptop power bank for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most versatile and well thought out portable chargers I’ve owned. The capacity is excellent. It has more than enough power to keep my phone topped up multiple times and still have plenty left for larger devices. The 100W USB-C output is a huge plus, it charges faster than most power banks I’ve tried and has no problem handling power hungry devices. I really like having three USB-C ports, which makes it easy to charge multiple devices at once without juggling cables. The built in retractable cables are a standout feature. They’re super convenient for travel and everyday carry, and I love not having to remember extra cables. Everything feels solid and well built, which is what I’ve come to expect from Anker. Despite the large capacity, it’s still fairly compact for what it offers. It’s also reassuring that it’s flight-approved, making it a great option for travel, long days out, or work setups where you can’t always be near an outlet. Charging performance has been consistent and reliable with no overheating issues.Overall, this power bank feels premium, powerful, and practical. If you need a high capacity charger that can handle multiple devices and fast charging without compromise, this one is definitely worth it.
