If there is any obstruction in the sensing area, the anti-mistouch mechanism will be automatically triggered, resulting in abnormal use. Just wipe off the obstruction.
How to adjust the foam output?
The foam model does not support adjustment. We have set the most suitable gear. If you feel that the foaming amount is not enough, just sense it again.
How to choose soap products?
For the foam version, it is recommended to use a foam soap product directly. If you only have regular gel soap, please dilute it with water before adding it.
Can black sponge be used?
Black sponges may not be used because they absorb infrared light.
The blue light blinks while being charged and then turns solid, but the soap dispenser will not turn on？
The charging temperature is too high, causing the charging to be suspended, not fully charged. Please use the provided charging cable. Use a regular slow charging charger or slow charging USB port at home.

Exactly what I wanted
I was looking for a lotion dispenser to keep next to the bed but I didn’t want something that looked large or commercial. This just looks like a regular little soap dispenser. Perfect size and thickness for keeping on a nightstand. Feels very responsive as it the motion sendor works the second you put your hand under and stops if you remove your hand so you don’t have to worry about spilling all over the place.It has three different settings for dispensing so it’s great for needing a little or a lot. It charges via USB so there’s no need to change batteries. Super easy to set up and use. The unit I purchased does not do the foaming so if you’re looking for that make sure to buy the right one. Overall super happy with this purchase.

I love this soap dispenser, it looks very modern and goes great In my kitchen. You can tap the button on the top to choose how much soap comes out, hold it down to turn it off and it’s rechargeable. Great product and would highly recommended.

Better handwashing due to ease of use
Hands are more likely to be washed with soap as it requires no effort. Just hold your palm under the nozzle. It holds plenty of soap mixture. And making up the soap for foam is easy and less expensive than bottled soap. I mix it 50% Meyers Clean Day refill size soap and 50% water. I think it used a battery in 6 months. Still working great. It has a farmhouse look.

I’m picky about my soap dispensers, and this one is very good. I’ve been using automatic soap dispensers at all my sinks for years, mostly the same expensive-but-ugly ones, but I’ve tried various cheap ones over the years. This one replaced the one at my kitchen sink that had been about the same price but was annoying from the start, and crapped out after about a year – I’ve only had this one maybe a year and a half, but I liked it enough that I bought another a few months ago.The translucent fluted body looks great and shows you exactly how much soap you have left, and the black head looks nice and unobtrusive, much better than the fake chrome so many of them have that looks cheap to start and doesn’t age well in wet environments! It looks like a large but normal bottle of soap, not a bulky monstrosity taking up half your counter.It dispenses the perfect amount of soap, in my opinion – just enough to wash your hands without wasting any. YMMV, of course, and it would be nice if it had some settings, but I’m very happy with it (the one this replaced at my kitchen sink had 3 levels but even the lowest dumped out so much soap it was absurd!) I can always move my hand out and back again if I want more!It seems to hold a charge for a good while – neither gets a TON of use, but I’ve only charged the one in the kitchen 2 or 3 times, and the newer one I think once. I didn’t pay much attention to how long it took to charge, but it was certainly done when I went back to it a few hours later and unplugged it.I’ve never been terribly concerned about the noise level on my dispensers, but this one is fairly quiet, for those who care. If the shower is running or the radio/tv is on in the next room, I can’t hear it at all.You can either unscrew the head from the bottom of the top or pull the whole black top off, so it’s much easier to refill than ones with very small openings. The one thing that makes it tricky is that the pump mechanism takes up a good amount of space inside, so you have to leave room for it when refilling – I fill it to about an inch from the top and that generally works out well, but I wish there was a subtle fill line on the inside or something so I wasn’t guessing/trying to remember! I could solve this problem myself by filling it all the way with water, putting the top on an letting it overflow until I can close it, removing the top, and then marking where the water line settles, but it would have been nice if they’d have done that for us.The only other downside is the drippage – it gets a little “snot” dangle developing periodically as the surface tension of the dispensed soap breaks partway and a little bit clings to the nozzle and dries there, then a little more gets added each time it dispenses until it’s big enough to fall off or you wipe it off – some of the nicer dispensers I have have a little rubber end on the nozzle that pinches the drip off and prevents that, so it’s not unavoidable.If they had added that and a fill line, it would definitely be a 5* soap dispenser for the price. If it lasts a couple years, I may upgrade it anyway because that will mean it was a really great deal, and those are minor annoyances.

Worked great…and then it didn’t!
Looks great! Works great…until it doesn’t! We’ve had the dispenser since March of 2025. Started out really well…then when we charged it for the 2nd time it quit working. We charged it a little longer. No luck. We cleaned it completely and let it sit to dry over night. No luck. We read the instructions again. No luck. We tried various tips from other buyers. No luck. Only the red light comes on when you touch the power button. Disappointed that it only lasted less than a year!

So far so good. Matches the rest of the fixtures, works as intended and seems stable. For some reason I thought it was going to be foam, but it’s not. And that’s fine, I like this better.

Excellent product. I was a little confused at how to turn it on and off because I own a simple human one but the instructions cleared that up immediately. This thing works great!!! It is made of plastic, I also like the design but I kind of wish they did something different with the top part because it looks like a regular hand soap dispenser that you would press down. I want to put one in my guest bathroom but worried it may confuse someone.It holds a good amount of soap but note that it only takes liquid soap. My simple human one takes foaming hand soap like a lot of others but make sure to use regular liquid hand soap. It’s very light weight and I have been using it everyday in my bathroom and it has been perfect. Fantastic price! I would highly recommend.

Great: exactly as advertise. I use normal hand soap diluted on a 1:3 ratio with water. Battery lasts long as well: have to charge them maybe once a month or not even.
