Do not buy; extremely disappointing.
The first dispenser I purchased worked for about two weeks. During that time, I liked its functionality enough to order a second one. Unfortunately, both units stopped working within about a month of purchase.I tried every troubleshooting step: charging each unit for the recommended 1-2 hours, then for several hours longer, and even switching to a different charger. Nothing helped. Neither dispenser will pump out any soap, and because there is no manual dispensing option, the product becomes completely unusable once the charging mechanism fails.Overall, this was a waste of money and a very frustrating experience.
