I bought the golden one and it appears good. Easy to charge and match to the app. Plus, the app is easy to use as well. The data is accurate. Automatic measure every 30 minutes. I feel that should better to order 1 size up compare to common ring size. I planned to wear in my middle figure but turns out it only fit my ring figure which is fine too. After all, value my money.

I’m only on day one so I certainly will update this as time goes on. I am a personal trainer and Nutrition coach and I’m trying to find a fitness/health ring that isn’t as expensive as some of the others and doesn’t require a monthly fee. This one seemed relatively high rated so I thought I’d give it a chance. The positives are that it’s very comfortable. It was easy to set up even though the instructions didn’t work. They say look for a GENXXX and I couldn’t find that at all, but the ring itself showed up when I turned Bluetooth on even though the instructions said turn Bluetooth off. I slept with it, and I don’t sleep in jewelry, but it was very comfortable and didn’t bother me at all the sleep ratings appear to be accurate though I have no way to prove that but it did say I woke up two times and I did wake up two times. The steps I’m completely unsure about because they are vastly different than what I’m getting from my Apple Watch. I will try it for a few more days before making the decision to return or not tomorrow I will try to wear it on my index finger whereas today based on the instructions it’s thought I could wear it on any finger so I’m wearing it on my middle finger.
