Horrible Steam Cleaner
The steamer itself works well. However, the steamer only lasts about 5 minutes before needing to be refilled, but you can not remove the cap to refill it while it is hot. You have to wait about 15 minutes for it to cool down enough to remove the cap and refill it with water. Then you have to wait for it to heat up again. What should have taken 10 minutes to clean ended up taking almost an hour with all the wait time. Very frustrating. Also the hose is not quite long enough or flexible enough, so if you use the hose the steamer body does not stay standing up straight. It kept falling over and eventually fell off the counter. Wish I had tried it right away so I could have returned it right away but now I missed the return window.

Our dog had a two lumps removed and the vet shaved a huge portion of his side. This prevented issues with chewing stitches while making him look some what normal in public.

Steam cap needs special attention
This Bissell is the best size for small difficult to reach areas . It is made of quality material and easy to use.I gave it 4 stars because the cap to the steam chamber is a bit tricky and can come loose . To correct the problem I had to press down on the steam release knob, held the knob down before the spinning cap would finally catch to twist off. NOTE—( I followed directions for cooling steam chamber before attempting to open cap when it malfunctioned ).

If you are going to use the fabric attachment it doesn’t work it wouldn’t stay attached to the hot shot hose., parts are cheaply made😫

Nontoxic cleaning
I bought it to clean my oven after using it at my daughter‘s house. Cleaning and sterilizing are important to me. I sold my home and wanted to make sure it was as clean as I could get it prior to the new owners moving in. It was perfect for cleaning my microwave, glass, windows, and some built on Ride on the stove.

Stop wasting your money!
Man, this steam cleaner is a total letdown. Using it is a nightmare! Waiting for it to heat up and constantly wiping back and forth? Such a time-waster. Plus, it barely touches stains and sometimes you really gotta scrub hard. The worst part? It actually messed up my floors after just a few uses! Regret buying this thing. Don’t waste your cash like I did!
