Best Scalp Massager – Superior Customer Service
I bought this in February 2025. I love it, it gives an amazing massage. It’s very enjoyable to use, it doesn’t feel like a chore. My whole family likes to use it. I bought another similar massager from a different brand and it pulled hair so I returned it.Customer service from this brand is top notch! My toddler likes to play with the unit, and lost a few of the removable nodes. I contacted them in November 2025 asking if I could buy another set of the nodes. They replyed quickly and are sending me a whole new massager for free instead.

Doesn’t include a manual but does work well
I would have given this a 5 star but there’s no manual. Not able to find the manual for this specific model online. I have long hair down misback. I’ve been losing my hair in large amounts the past 4 months. I like how the massager felt on my scalp. My hair didn’t get knoted which was my main concern. I did much research on hair loss and all sites are recommending to massage scalp to improve blood circulation thus improve hair growth. I was blessed with thick hair so this major loss hasn’t produced bald spots. The probes on this massager are solid but don’t scratch or hurt the scalp. It has a charge when removed from the box. Would appreciate it if someone could guide me in finding the manual for this massager model

Well-made quality product. I have very long hair and I bought it for scalp massage because all my research says scalp massage will help grow hair longer. And it does not tangle my hair! in fact a great byproduct of using this on my scalp is that it gives my hair volume at the roots without tangling it lol 😆 I love this thing, it’s my new pal. This product is well worth plunking down your money for. it has a firm yet relaxing soothing massage. My scalp tingles. you can tell it was made with very high standards. Great battery life. I got it yesterday and have been playing with it total 3 hours and today it’s still going strong straight out of the box. it’s worth the money. don’t go cheap, go for quality. You won’t regret it.

Heh-heh! I must admit at first I got this because of Xiao Zhan being the Breo global brand ambassador. But after receiving it and using it, we’re totally sold. Getting the second one for hubby so he doesn’t steal mine. The scalp massager is so comfortable on the scalp and other areas like my face (haha, I found out this can act as anti-aging facial massager, make sure you don’t press hard), very relaxing and oh so comfy. It comes with a cute charger stand, and the fact that it’s waterproof means you can use it while in the shower or washing your hair. You have to get one! I also am getting a foot massager 😁😁

I’m so in love with this scalp massager that I ordered a second one, just in case . I’d never want to be without one while traveling or whatever. I plan on ordering more and sending them as gifts for family and friends. I want to share this little joy with loved ones.This gives the best scalp massage that I’ve ever experienced. I had a different type of scalp massager that basically just vibrated, but this Breo massager actually massages. It really stimulates my scalp, and I know that my hair will only thrive for it. Great product that is worth the price
My wife has been dealing with medical issues that produce an itchy scalp. I bought her the Breo scalp massager as a birthday present. SHE LOVES IT! She said it helps relax her scalp, reduces the itching, and the multiple soft brissles never tangle her long hair. She uses it every night just before bedtime to help her fall asleep. Yes, it’s more expensive than other massage units out there, but it’s worth every penny.

I recently purchased this product not long ago. I’ve suffered from itchy dandruff scruff for many yrs; have used otc shampoo but it only treated the problem temporarily.I only learned recently of taking care of your scalp for improving the condition and health of your hair. My hair has been dry/damaged from poor scalp health and chemical processes ive done to my hairAfter using this product for 2 days; my dandruff was completely gone and i no longer have an itchy scalp.i have definitely seem improved changes to my hair; even new baby hair growing at my scalp line! i feel like my hair is much more healthier and definitely see more changes to come.the device is very elegant and stylish looking and i use it every time when im in the shower for shampoo and conditioning; also also along with my hair serums at night.the device also feels amazing as a massage device on other parts of the area such as the neck, arms.the service is also impeccable, one of the massage head was accidently damaged by my nephew, so i needed a new replacement for the massage head alone.they offered a brand new device replacement free of charge with speedy delivery.i cant thank enough of how glad i’ve purchased this product; even though it can be quiet pricey; its definitely a good investment if you suffer from dandruff/itchy scalp and want your hair to be in a better condition.
