Works as promised
Works as promised. I like that it tracks miles and not just steps. I haven’t tried to attach it to the app yet, but I’m sure that feature would work well too.

Not worth the aggravation!
This item is a great concept as I want to track my steps every day at work which average about 15,000.However, after three days it died.I didn’t want to use the battery that it comes with so I returned it and we’ll see what happens with my replacement. The three things that I need the steps which was most important.the calories burned and the miles.I don’t like that you can’t shut it off but when it goes to sleep, the battery seems to continue to work. I’m not quite sure what the problem is.I look forward to the new one coming in, and hopefully this item will be just the one I need. They give you a piece that you can hook it on your trousers, which is a good idea for me.I think it’s a good price for what you’re getting, but I don’t like the fact that it died on me so quickly.UPDATE:Got a replacement, used it one time. that night exit I actually took the battery out, hoping to save the battery Life put it in and the second day to use and by midday it completely died. There’s no off switch to save battery life!I would not recommend this at all!!

Simple to use right out of the box.
First impressions: Very easy to use and fits nicely in a pocket. Great size, 2.25 x 1.25” without the clip. Wanted to use it primarily in my pants pocket and NO app. This does have the option to set up an app but I didn’t. Without the app you will not see the time which is ok. One red button on the front navigates between steps, miles and calories burned with a large screen, 1.75×1.00. It’s that simple. Also has a battery indicator. Up and working right out of the box. Put it in one pocket and my old Fitbit zip in the other. Steps and miles were almost identical. Time will tell but right now very happy with the purchase. Wish they would make a thin silicone protector for it.

Nice product
Works as expected. Only problem is you have to keep syncing to phone.

Easy Setup With Mixed Performance
This pedometer is very simple to use and feels well made overall. I liked that it does not have a steep learning curve and can be used right out of the box. The build quality seems solid, which gives it a more reliable feel.Accuracy is mixed. Some days it seems very close to actual step counts, but other times it feels noticeably off, which can be frustrating if you are tracking steps closely. The same goes for overall performance. For some users it works exactly as described, while for others it does not seem consistent enough to rely on daily.Battery life and value for money are also hit or miss. Some may find it lasts well and is worth the price, while others may feel it is not worth the cost given the inconsistencies. One downside worth noting is app compatibility. Several users report that it does not properly connect or work with the app, which limits functionality if that feature is important to you.Overall, it is a basic, easy to use pedometer with decent quality, but mixed accuracy and app issues may make it less appealing depending on what you are looking for.

Let’s get stepping
Easy to start, easy to use. I read later that it is best to use, clipped to your waist. I wanted to start logging my steps.

Not compatible with app
So far, not compatible with the app. I picked this specifically to be able to track my step history on an app. It gets 2 stars because I can track your daily steps, and you can manually reset it. But I’m disappointed with the setup, which was difficult and required manual resetting, and then the disappearing of my previous days steps from the app. I guess we get what we pay for, right? This definitely wasn’t a deal worth taking.

Perfect if you just want to count steps
I found that clipping this pedometer to a side pocket works very well for me to get an accurate step count. It also counts steps when pushing a shopping cart and using a treadmill in bad weather. I used a fitness watch for a number of years which did not record steps for these activities. (The fitness watches seem to rely on arm swinging.)It took a little experimenting as it did not count accurately for me when clipped to waistband or on the lanyard. Once it was clipped to my side pocket, it worked perfectly. I did not connect with the App, but if you just want step count, you can turn it on & use it right out of the box.

It has Bluetooth which I wanted, all the other ones I looked at didn’t have it. Set up was very easy and it seems to be more accurate than smart watch step counters.
