After 2 days with this I am over the moon happy. It has analog controls…none of the confusing press here-then here-then over here. Quite simply turn a knob and it works. The air fryer is surprisingly quiet….but works as advertised. Comes with lots of options…basket, tray, oven rack, and two sided grill pan. I have not tried all the options…but it remains cool on the outside…the top gets a bit hot…but will not burn if you accidentally touch it. It will take a bit of time to get used to how quickly it cooks…just keep an eye on your food. You want a negative? The interior light does not stay on when you open the door. Kind of goofy…but you get used to it.

This Cuisinart Air Fryer, toaster over, with grill is amazing. It absolutely works great. We purchased this after finding out that some of the ones with plastic were putting toxic fumes into our food. It was easy to use and set up. We dont need the giant toaster that we had because we can do it in this. It is easier to use and clean up than our previous product. French fries and wings are one of our favorite things to cook. They are easy after a hard day. That is what this machine does for us. It makes life easier and has great capacity perfect for our needs. The space saving alone is a gem.

Does the Job
We have had this oven now for over a month and we have’nt used our big oven since. Only 2 of us. The air frier works great especially on Bacon, although I reduce time to 7 min on first side and 6 min on the other. Salmon and chicken air fried turn out great. The other features work great as well. The only exception is baking cinnamon rolls. First time burned at 375 11 min. Second time still burned at 350 10 or 11 min. Third time will be the charm. I put an oven thermometer in it at 350 and it was spot on. When baking especially pre-heat for better accuracy. As others have stated, the timer is inaccurate, so use google, alexa or a timer. I usually wipe it out the inside with a paper towel after use and so far it stays clean. I read most of the 3 and 4 star reviews on many ovens ad selected ths one because the outside temp is not scorching hot and because of the Quisnart brand. At 450 degrees it coexists with the coffee pot on the same circuit.

Takes some getting used to…
ok, so first, this is a very good countertop toaster and oven. I like the fact it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, it’s easy to clean, and the controls are mechanical instead of digital. I like the fact it offers a ton of versatility. So far I’ve used it to bake small casseroles, toast bread, heat sub sandwiches, cook fish and chicken patties, and while I haven’t cooked a pizza in it, I have tested that it’ll handle a 12″ pizza.However, the vertical opening is more shorter than I expected and I’ve learned to use a silicone oven mitt to pull the tray out to remove anything that’s in as opposed to reaching in – even a single layer of toast can be risky. tbh, I’m still trying to figure out how to cook a whole chicken in it as the manufacturer says is possible without cutting the chicken down the breastbone and laying it flat…I’m also still trying to figure out the temperature/time adjustments like others have reported. So far it appears that 50 degrees cooler and about 3/4 of the recommended time may be the magic numbers, but I’m not sure.Having said all that, this appliance comes with several trays that are useful. I especially like the toaster tray that’s crooked on the arms as that lets me insert it so the tray is higher for toast, and flip it so it’s lower for subs. So far the baking tray is extremely easy to clean, even when something spills off parchment paper I use as a protective layer. I haven’t tried the air fryer function or basket, or the grill yet.

Excellent oven and air fryer.
This is a really beautiful oven. I got it in white and it is stunning. The air fryer basket is roomy which is so nice. There are only two shelves … an upper and a lower so be sure to ready the instructions on which one use for which cooking option. I made toast and it was perfect. It bakes well and quickly. I was very pleased that the air fry noise was very soft. The instruction manual was easy to follow and includes recipes too. The top gets warm so don’t put anything on top of it that you would not want to get warm or melt. I previously have a Ninja Crispi and you can put so much more food in this oven. I highly recommend.

We desperately needed a new toaster oven and I wanted one that could function as a small oven, not just a toaster, but it also had to fit in a relatively small space ( ~ 18.5” inches wide) yet still be big enough to be actually functional. This one is far beyond my expectations and it works great! I’m so pleased and impressed. It’s easy to use with intuitive functions, and without so much digital stuff you have to have a manual to even turn it on. It’s large enough inside to easily hold four large slices of bread or bagels and still have room to spare, plus it does air fry and convection bake beautifully! Highly recommended

This Cuisinart actifryer seems to be well made, sturdy and of good materials . It has a very well laid out , easy to read, informative instruction manual. It was well boxed and padded securely for shipping. It comes with an oven rack, baking pan, actifryer basket and grill plate. It has an indicator light and a safety feature that temporarily stops heating when the door is opened. All the cooking plates and racks are very sturdy, well made and seem of good materials. I am impressed that it has a rubber (?) seal that runs along the inside of the bottom of the door that I presume stops any heat from escaping while in operation. All the racks and plates fit securely and easily into their respective slots. It does not slip around on the counter. It certainly seems very solid in its construction. So far, I have only used the bake feature to cook a frozen cabbage roll dish and it came out perfectly. It has 8 cooking features which I am looking forward to using and I am confident that they will perform well. My only criticism is that the function dial lettering is extremely close together and, for me, I find it a little confusing as to which cooking feature I have actually selected, but once I have used this actifryer more frequently, it will be more familiar to me. In six years, I have purchased two other different brands of actifryers which between them only lasted 6 years. I hope it lasts longer than the 2 other brands. I decided on this Cuisinart brand because I have a Cuisinart indoor grill that has performed perfectly for over 4 years and is still working well. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. 5 stars.

Best thing I have ever done for myself. NO more bending to open the oven door, because it is now counter height, easy to clean, food is good cooking/tasting with either the Grill; Bake; Air fry… I have tried them all, and I can’t say that I have a favorite, because my dinner/lunch/breakfast tastes are different and change all the time…and are suited to ME!The toast feature, is iffy, with different types of bread. I find a little experimenting is the choice I would suggest, if unsure? Makes a mean NAAN bread Pizza- mmm- the cheese melting on top, chef’s kiss 🙂 Thanks. And it is VERY powerful. 1800w…is a bit much and I am nervous that I will blow all the fuses in my condo Building….not too worry though it’s all good~ and this appliance does not get overly hot. Easy to move, clean, looks okay on the counter..you will need to purchase your own, to compare. Thanks
