Good Value
I had morning radiant flooring for several years before I stumbled across the opportunity to review this product. I am really impressed with the ability to customize the size and shape of your layout with this kit. And I like the control panel that is included. Originally, I had planned on installing this myself since I’ve recently began trying my hand at DIY projects. But after a series of physical injuries, my DIY projects have been put on hold for the foreseeable future. I will be hiring someone as soon as possible to complete the installation of this radiant flooring. And I plan on adding more from this particular brand for other rooms since the price point is much more affordable than what I have found locally. I can give this my recommendation for its value and features, but if I have any thing that needs to be updated later, I’ll be sure to stop back by here and add those comments as well.

Works as intended
My husband and our retired electrician neighbor graciously installed this radiant flooring for me in our master bathroom. The neighbor said the kit was complete and the flooring was of good quality. They didn’t have any troubles installing it. Only time will really tell how well it holds up to midwestern winters.

20 square foot electric heated floor kit
This item shipped and arrived fast. This 20 square foot electric heated floor kit comes with everything you need to heat a floor. We are in the middle of remodeling and plan on using this kit on a concrete floor in our master bath. The heated mat in this kit can be cut to custom fit your floor. Our contractor will be installing this kit under tile flooring and also using schluter products. This kit was a great bang for our buck compared to what we paid for a similar individual products at a local store when we did our kitchen floor. The included programmable control panel with GFCI protection is a huge plus with this kit forand it has a nice size display. The heated mat and all the products in this kit look and feel well made and I do not foresee any issues using this kit. If we have any problems I will add on to this review. I rated this item 5 stars.

Not for the average DIYer
I was intrigued by the BLARALA Electric Radiant Floor Heating System because the list is so much lower than other radiant heat flooring systems. I’d been wanting to install radian heat in the floor of an extra half bath we’re planning to add in the basement, as the room it will serve will have a heat pump mini-split which means no vent for heating in the bathroom.This appears to have everything that other systems have, but instead of a sturdy mat into which the wires are wound, it has a somewhat fragile-looking, very thin, woven mat. So, you’ll have to be extremely careful when laying this into a thinset bed. Plan carefully and go slowly.The directions seem decent and comprehensive for someone who’s done this sort of installation before, but they are not the kind of instructions that this DIYer can follow. They assume you already know quite a bit about electrical installations. I can do basic electrical work (install a light fixture or a new outlet) but this appears to be complex work, which is beyond me. I’ll let a licensed electrician deal with the electrical connections when we’re ready to go.The directions ALSO say not to turn the system on for a couple of weeks after it’s installed in the thinset and tiled over. So any detailed review would have to wait quite some time before it could be truly comprehensive and tell you how the system performs once it’s embedded in flooring.I’m giving this a pre-use benefit of the doubt review now of 3 stars, deducting a couple for that very iffy mat.If it works as it’s supposed to, it’s a terrific value. But if I were planning to order a lot of this, I’d hold off until I could read a decent number of reviews from people who’ve installed it and had it running for a few months.

Economical Radient Floor Heating
We had wanted to install a radiant heat floor for years since we first became aware of it decades ago on an episode of This Old House, where they used it in sunroom with a tiled floor. When we did our first bathroom remodel, we had to rule it out as it was beyond our budget. This brand and the opportunity to review it, however, came along at just the right time. This is an affordable option and this inclusive kit provides everything you need to accomplish the install. We will be starting a bath remodel in a matter of days and want to use this in our vanity area. We live in a subtropical climate, but tiles floor are cold to bare feet during many months out of the year so this is a nice luxury to add to a remodel. We will have our tilesetter install and the electrician do the electrical work. This is so economical compared to pricing we’ve done in the past.

Has Everything You Need
This kit has everything you need to install the floor heating system. It covers just as described up to 20sqft. It does appear to be a little bit thinner compared to other options we explored. However, it is priced much more reasonably. My only concern is on longevity and installation. It does require a contractor pretty much to install though as it requires electrician type experience. But if you’re looking for a less expensive option this might be the one.

Nice floor heating kit
This is a pretty standard under floor electric heating system, and this kit comes complete with the mat, cable monitor, and thermostat, which makes the installation easier than piecing all these together separately. The installation itself is pretty straightforward, it comes with the wire in a mesh already looped and cutting the mesh in different ways allows for turns. It comes in a 18 inch wide roll.
