I am so intrigued with this eye massager. I always just tried cold packs for my under eye puffiness but with the soft gel cooling massager, it has reduced the puffiness tremendously. It so comfortable to use as it sits on my nose comfortably and it helps me relax with the soothing music, I even fall asleep. Has 4 modes to choose from. Good quality eye massager.

Okay so I bought this Eye Massager with Heat and Cooling thinking it would be a nice little treat for tired eyeballs. What I did NOT expect was to feel like my face checked into a boutique spa and forgot to tell the rest of my body. First impressions: this thing is SOFT. The silicone massage head feels like a gentle lil robot giving your eyeballs encouragement. The nose rest is actually comfortable too (shocking, I know), so it doesn’t smash your face or leave those weird red marks that make you look like you lost a fight with a sleep mask. Now let’s talk modes, because there are FOUR of them and every single one has a personality. One is relaxing, one is more “hello we’re WORKING here,” one feels perfect for winding down, and one basically says, “Shhh… it’s bedtime now.” The heat is cozy without being sweaty, and the cooling mode?? Absolute chef’s kiss for tired, puffy, over it eyes. I use this after staring at screens all day and WOW. My eyes feel less dry, less strained, and way more “thank you for finally caring about us.” Do I look instantly 10 years younger? No. Do I feel like a calmer, less crusty human? YES. AND IT HAS BLUETOOTH MUSIC. Why does my eye mask have better tech than half my devices?? I put on relaxing music, lay back, and suddenly I’m questioning all my life choices that led me to not owning this sooner. Bonus: it puts me to sleep WAY faster. Like, “oops I dozed off mid massage” faster. I’ve dropped this thing on my chest more than once because it knocked me OUT. Perfect gift, perfect self care, perfect excuse to lay down and do nothing. 5/5 cozy, calming, bougie, and dangerously relaxing. My eyes are rested, my brain is quieter, and I might need a second one.

The eye massager is worth to buy. The build is solid. It has lots of vibration modes. In the future it could add even more functions, like the function of adjusting the strength, the function of adjusting the sequence etc. It could also develop a software app or add more buttons etc.

So I am stuck between this review.Unfortunately, it would not let me return this item.It says the window is closed, so it worked great.The first two knights that I wore it.I tried to use it again and it was making the most god awful noise.I couldn’t stand it!!
