PHENOMENAL! Way better than a rack!
In our quest for warm towels, we originally started with a European-style, wall-hanging rack. That was nice, especially for drying the towels, but the wow moment of using a hot towel when you get out of the shower was lacking. The towels only got warm directly where they touched the rack, and the warmth did not last.We just added this FEPPO Towel Warmer and could not be happier! Even if we pulled a towel out after only about 10 minutes of heating, it was the difference between night and day. These towels are deliciously toasty hot through and through!The level of luxury we experience relative to the reasonable price of the unit is truly impressive. We immediately bought another one as a gift.If you are in a tight space, remember to measure the space that the door needs to open in addition to the other dimensions. I was unable to find these exact measurements myself when I was purchasing the item, so here are the measurements for anyone else who needs them:WIDTH – 15 InchesDEPTH – 11.5 InchesHEIGHT – About 16.5 InchesHEIGHT OPEN – About 28 InchesHEIGHT WITH LEGS – 22 InchesHEIGHT OPEN WITH LEGS – About 33 InchesBy the way, I do like the fire illusion display, but it’s also nice that you can keep the heater on without using that display if you don’t care for it or just want a dark room.I was slightly skeptical when researching this product and seeing that (at least at that time) every single review was five stars, but now I understand as I bask in the warmth of a luxuriously warm towel!

Gifted this to my son and he loves it. The quality is exactly as I had hoped. It’s plenty big for even his blanket that he likes to wrap up in. It earms up fast too. I would recommend this towel warmer.

Works and looks good. I have used it for a few weeks and haven’t had any issues. I would say 2 large bath towels is about its max. Any more and I don’t think it would works too well. I normally use it for 1 large bath towel and it takes about 10-15 min. If you want even heating of the towel it’s best to throw in loosely and adjust it part way thru heating. if you don’t it doesn’t heat the whole towel evenly unless you leave it in longer. 20-30 min. Wouldn’t recommend any synthetic material that could melt.

Pretty Good Contraption So Far
Bought this for my wife. She likes it pretty well. Lots of plastic going on here though, but it heats up quick and looks pretty good too. The little fireplace on the front is cool and the scent holder as well. We do not like the power button; it is hard to push (turn off/on). Also, while heating the warmer pops (hope that is normal). I also noticed the little plastic screw hole plugs inside the warmer fell out into the bottom and had to push them back in (hope they stay; if not the glue might have to come out). It does not fit much more than two full-size bath towels.

WE LOVE IT!!!
Purchased as a birthday present for my wife. WE love it (yes, we because I use it as much as she does. In fact, I use it more because I prep her towels and mines.) The warmer is small enough, yet does a phenomenal job of heating towels, robes and eye mask. An unexpected benefit which wh absolutely adore? The simulated fireplace. It’s so wonderful that we shower in near darkness just to enjoy the glow. WE LOVE IT!

The gift for someone who has everything! Got this for my in-laws for Christmas. We tested it out right away on a bathrobe & it works great! The only thing is, you must remember to turn it on 30 min before you’re going to want hot towels/robe.

I was a little sceptical of the fireplace looking image on the front, but I have to say after using it for a few weeks now, it makes the room feel a little cozier. The warm coloured lights, and the rolling flames are actually hypnotizing.My en suite bathroom, unfortunately is not very big and would not allow for this towel warmer to be used in that room. so I decided to use it in my living room. Instead of towels, I warm my blankets in there, and I love it!This is a big piece, surprisingly larger than I was expecting it to be. It is very lightweight, so you can really put it wherever you want and change it up quite frequently. There’s even handles on the sides to lift with ease. The gold accents on the push button on the lid, and on the power button is a nice touchAnd it works. Putting a towel or a blanket in there for even just a few minutes gets it nice and warm. The large interior allows for multiple pieces to sit inside.I do, however, have a couple of complaints. The legs are made of plastic with a wood paint finish on it. They just feel cheap. I had thought about buying a different set of legs. However, the way they are installed that wouldn’t allow for you to put just any legs onto the bottom they kind of clip or snap into place versus a normal screw type leg.Also, the size of the power button on the front is excessive. There’s a dial that you can turn to change the length of time that it stays on, but there is no stop to the dial so you can continuously be turning it to the left or to the right and it’ll just cycle through the different times (30 minutes being the lowest and 120 minutes being the longest) and then start again. It’s awkward and weird. There’s no remote so you do have to use the button on the front to turn the warmer on.There’s also no way you can adjust the temperature.There’s a unique touch of a fragrance disc holder on the lid so you can actually use aromatherapy tablets or essential oils when warming the towels. I also like that the bottom is equipped with a channel so you can hide the cord when not in use.Whether you’re using this in your bathroom, living room, or if you’re fortunate enough to have a hot tub this is a really nice luxury.
