Exactly as described
This was easy to install, the quality is great, it looks fantastic and I love that it just plugs in so no need for wiring issues!!! It takes a bit to warm up, but not too long and you simply plug it in, turn it on and set your temp, easy peasy!!! That being said, it does warm towels, but you can’t do too many at once and I am using this more as a towel dryer than a warmer, as I prefer the basket type of warmer, which is cheaper by the way!!!

My Life With Towels is a lot Warmer! Nice Warmer!
This is my first time trying a towel warmer. I originally thought I wanted a bucket-style warmer, but my bathroom already has so many things plugged in on the floor that adding another bulky appliance wasn’t ideal. When I saw this wall-mounted style, I loved the idea, not only to save space, but also because I’ve always wanted to warm my towel and robe after a bath. Our bathroom gets cold in both summer (thanks to the AC) and winter (because of the skylight and large windows), and I usually run a heater fan. This complements that by warming the towel itself and also helps dry towels faster.I previously tried a smaller wall-mounted style that bowed outward, which was fine but didn’t heat nearly as much. This one heats up to 160°, and it reached that temperature quickly. My towel was warm and toasty when I tested it. It also has a timer and a simple power button, very straightforward.The listing mentioned aromatherapy inserts in the end caps, but I’m a little confused about how that actually works. I don’t see where the scent would disperse from, and I couldn’t get the caps off, so I’ll need to re-read the directions to see whether something needs to be unscrewed first.This version is corded in white, with the option to hardwire it. I chose the plug-in option so I could remove or replace it if needed. The cord can be tucked behind the towels pretty easily. The tone of the metal matches my cabinet pulls perfectly and looks high-end. I do wish the end caps matched the gold instead of being silver, but it’s not noticeable once installed—I’m just not sure how you’d remove them if you wanted to change that.In terms of size, I’m glad I upgraded from the smaller one I initially considered. I needed more bars to hang towels and robes, and this gives much more usable space. The packaging was nice, bubble wrapped and then placed in a drawstring-style bag for protection.Price-wise, I think it’s slightly high for what it offers. Other towel warmers at similar prices include Wi-Fi, smart-home compatibility, and more advanced features. This one is basically plug-and-play—just set the temperature and timer. It works well but isn’t loaded with tech. The larger heating surface may justify some of the cost, but I still think it could be priced lower.Installation was extremely easy. It was just attach the mounts and hang it. It’s lightweight, which made the whole process quick.Overall, I really like it and give it a high rating. It looks elegant, warms quickly, saves floor space, and keeps the bathroom cozier without adding another standalone appliance.
