Great headset for streamers
As a big gamer, I needed a good headset with quality audio and mic. This delivers on all accounts. And upgrade to a previous JBL purchase because I was so pleased with the other purchase. Great buy for a crispy clear mic with great audio quality.

Definite upgrade from my turtle beach
Very comfortable for glasses wearers for extended use. Gaming 4-5 hours at a time no headset fatigue.. if you know you know.. connecting the mic was a little tricky.. after troubleshooting I needed to update my Xbox controller for it to work properly.. just Google it for the instructions. All in all a good headset.I also really like how the mic can be disconnected, so I can listen to music and stream without looking like a dork with the mic in. Highly recommend.

Perfect companion for gaming. I love that the mic is optional. I’m not an online games but I like to be immersed in the game. I often will stream music while playing so the JBL audio quality comes through. Very comfortable. I love the volume control.

Don’t buy didn’t work out of the box
Just brought opened box no audio was coming the mic works well, JBL is losing the quality of the product and hence the sell. I have many JBL wireless headphone and needed a wired one . Buy something else not this . If you brought with risk make sure you preserve the box

Great headset! Clear sound and noise isolation, the mic is very good and reduces outside noise very well.But most of all, I love the sustainable packaging! There is not one single use piece of plastic in the box! All paper !! Love this! Highly recommend to all! ✨

Good listen and mic quality for price. Only complaint is the wire twists over itself a lot and gets tangled and rolls up. Hav to constantly unplug to straight it out. Very cheap cable sheathing/wire
