Easy to use and effective!
This thing has been one of the best purchases I have made in my on-going efforts to care for my mother who is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s disease. She is always cold, even in the summer and being able to warm up her clothes as well as the towels for her shower has smoothed out the process tremendously. We also use it to warm up the blankets we put on her during the day to keep her warm. We’ve been using the warmer daily, several times a day, since we received it and can’t remember how we managed before we had it.I’ll add that it is easy to use and just the right size. We are able to put inside all we need for her showers in one batch. But it’s not so big that it becomes obtrusive and always in our way. Perfect balance.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! I stuff a big thick towel into it before I get into the shower and 15 to 20 minutes later it’s so nice and toasty to wrap around my body. When we had some really cold weather, I even put my pajamas in it before going to bed. I also put my cats’ bed in it and boy did they love it! Makes a wonderful gift.

make sure the voltage is correct otherwise expect problemssatisfied with the refund

Like multiple other customers (on Amazon and elsewhere), I was seeing ‘Err’ displayed when trying to set the Delay Timer function (2F), and was puzzled, thinking the unit may be defective.This turns out to be by design. The ‘Delay Timer’/2F function can only be used when the unit is NOT already in a ‘heating’ mode.This fact was not mentioned anywhere in the documentation provided with the unit. I escalated this with Keenray support, and they acknowledged the issue and said they would consider making improvements to their documentation.I must say that Keenray’s customer support was EXCEPTIONAL, among the best I’ve ever seen. They truly went above and beyond to address any issues that I had.I’ve used the unit for 2+ weeks now, and I’m very satisfied. The unit functions exactly as advertised, and is a pleasure to use. Having a piping hot towel when stepping out of the shower on a cold Canadian morning is a luxury indeed!
