Finally a clean closet!
Fits plenty of shoes, keeps them off the floor, and looks tidy. Had 48 pair of shoes in boxes that I was able to move to this rack. Cleaned up my closet!

Sturdy frame, questionable cover
This shoe rack is constructed of a metal pole frame connected by a series of plastic joints, covered in a polypropylene type fabric material that is pulled over the top. The shelves themselves are a reinforced, seemingly waterproof fabric material that is placed over the shelf poles. The shelves are sturdy enough for shoe storage, with the fabric stretch tight like a drum once assembled. It took about in 45 minutes to an hour to assemble. The assembly was not difficult, but there were over 120 parts. The frame and cloth shelves all went together without a hitch and are sufficiently sturdy to store shoes. I intentionally did not use the second shelf up in order to give more height for the bottom shelf to hold tall snow boots. Skipping that worked as planned. I used all other parts of that shelf’s frame–the other three bars–omitting the front bar and fabric shelf. The assembled rack was slightly larger than I anticipated (assembled height of 69.5″ vs stated 68.7), so plan accordingly.Up until this point, it was all good. Where things went a bit downhill was regarding the cover. First, one of the ties of the cover, the way it is attached to the pole frame, easily ripped off while I was tying it. Then I noticed a good section of one of the corner seams was not stitched properly during manufacturing and therefore has a big hole in it. Finally the design of the opening leaves the top most shelf covered at all times. This cover is pretty lightweight making the use of the side pockets very questionable. Only expect to put lightweight items in these pockets. The overall finished product is something that I considered to be fine for a storage area (particularly one that does not require a sturdy cover), but I would not be happy with the rack in my day-to-day living space. It’s simply not a piece of “furniture”.
