Great Product!
I bought this set for everyday work use and wanted something quiet and reliable. Setup was quick—just plug in the USB receiver and it was ready to go.The keyboard is comfortable to type on and noticeably quieter than others I’ve used. The mouse is simple but responsive and works well for long periods without hand fatigue.Battery life has been great so far, and I like that it doesn’t need constant charging. It’s nothing flashy, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.Great option if you want a dependable, no-fuss keyboard and mouse combo.

Great, reliable, sturdy keyboard
I love this keyboard! I’ve had one for years and it’s been dropped more times than I can count and has still kept going! All of the key labels were worn off (I use this keyboard pretty constantly, this is patina, not a defect), and everything was flimsy from repeated drops. I dropped it again and it gave up. It lasted 4-5 years of constant use though! So I bought another! And I’ll buy again!

The combo that I trust more than my morning coffee 😉
This.Is.The.Keyboard!!!I have been using this model of keyboard & mouse combo for 15 years!!! Hard to believe, but yes, I did use it for that long. I still have it, it still works great, and the battery life is phenomenal. Honestly, I forgot when I changed the batteries last time. The model number might have slightly changed through the year, but they look the same, so it can be called a classic look already. The mouse feels very natural in my hand, and they keys are positioned in a way that would allow me to type even with my eyes closed. The touch is very gentle, but still clicking. Now I work at 2 different offices, and when it came to buy a keyboard and mouse I did not even think about getting something different.I never had any lagging or connectivity issues. The USB receiver is tiny, so it can remain plugged into the computer when I travel, even if I don’t bring the keyboard or mouse along. This is truly unmatchable value.

Great value for money
Yay!:Great wireless keyboard and mouse. Easy to set up, just plug in the USB dongle, inset batteries into mouse and keyboard, flip the switches to ON and you are all set! Has a decent feel to it and it runs on 2 AA batteries. The mouse uses 1 AA battery. (included). Both keyboard and mouse have a small power switch to conserve battery power. It also works great with rechargeable batteries. Keyboard has basic media playback buttons and volume up/down/mute.Nay:I do not like the location of the power switch on the keyboard. It should have been placed on top but they placed it underneath the keyboard. So you have to flip the keyboard over to turn it on or off.Nay Nay Nay!!Seems to have a very short operating range. Works fine at 4ft, but at about 8ft it almost doesn’t work. So not great if you have a lot of signal interference or if you need longer range.

Quality.
Can’t beat it for the price, feels solid and works like a charm. This is my 2nd one, the first only died because batteries burst and acid ruin contacts in key board.

At least as good as described
Lightweight and easy to use. I had no problems connecting to wireless, and it works perfectly. It’s compact, yet my fingers don’t feel cramped using it. An excellent value.

Logitech will always be the full size keyboard for me
I have tried so many different keyboards, as I have set up my home office. My work laptop has one of the older versions of the same keyboard and I love it. But I tried some smaller ones to take up less space on my keyboard tray and it was a huge mistake. Not only did the keys not feel right on my fingers but I really missed having the number pad on the right.I tried to find the original model of this but this one appears to just be the updated version. It has the nice little latches on the back to elevate and give you a little bit better angle. The finger feel on the keys is just perfect. They are not too shallow, not too deep and they are not noisy. I’m so glad I broke down and got a full size keyboard again and I think Logitech will always be the one that feels most natural and comfortable for me. Also, considering the price of some keyboards out there, this is a bargain for this quality.

Terrible Support/Warranty Service
I bought this kit (the second one I’ve purchased in less than 2 years), and as usual, it had a problem again. This time, I decided to contact customer service, since I bought it less than 12 months ago and it’s supposedly still under manufacturer’s warranty. With the new kit, the problem that started occurring is an intermittent error when using the main mouse button to select something (holding the button down while selecting or dragging something). This fails, causing the selection to be lost and/or things to be moved to the wrong places (I’ve already had Excel spreadsheets damaged by moving inappropriate information, and/or files ending up in the wrong folders due to this error). The problem, although intermittent, is constant (I work hours a day, and it’s unbearable). I’ve already tested the kit on another computer, and the problem persists. Using a different mouse (which is what I’ve been doing to be able to work) on my computer eliminates the problem, which clearly points to something physical.Support asked me to perform several tests, install software, and apply firmware patches, and then they forwarded me to another level of support (which repeated the same process). After confirming that there was indeed a problem/failure, they began the replacement process, and they began asking me for various information, such as my complete details, including address, email, phone number, and a copy of the invoice (which already has everything). Finally, after days of sending everything, and having to keep charging, they now tell me that my order/replacement was declined because I didn’t send proof that I purchased it using my cell phone (I sent a copy of the official Amazon invoice). I started this process before October 7th, and I still have this problem/lack of a solution. So, I can only give a negative review (since I’m coming to buy another kit from a different manufacturer/model), because the after-sales service is HORRIBLE.

Working perfect and fast

Wireless is a great option if your pc is connected to an AVR / projector. At 10ft it works well.

Edit Mar 7/21: Logitech customer support was helpful and easy to deal with. They sent me another set and though the mouse wheel is still a bit noisy the keyboard and mouse both work as they should.Edit Feb 17/21: The keyboard started lagging and/or not working at all intermittently after a month, and the mouse occasionally lags now but the scroll wheel has gotten quieter and more responsive. After trying every tip and troubleshoot possible I’ve found nothing that fixed the keyboard issue and it had been very frustrating to try to use it since it typed nothing much of the time. As of today the keyboard has stopped working at all and I’m using my ancient keyboard to type. I’ve bought Logitech products for many years and recommended them to everyone, until now. I would not recommend this set, there are now many bad reviews online and the intermittent issue is very common.Original review: Bought this set to replace my 10+yr old Logitech set. The keys are quite loud and feel a bit loose and the plastic housing feels cheaper than the old one, but it’s laid out well and I like a full size keyboard. The mouse is also quite loud, especially the scroll wheel, and feels less well made than the old one. Everything works, but I’ve only had it a day so can’t speak to longevity

I’ve always had great experiences with this keyboard and mouse set, and I’ve never had any problems with it. The quality is really good, which makes it a great option for anyone looking to buy. I’ve bought this product more than once, and it’s always worked perfectly. The keys on the keyboard and the buttons on the mouse feel really soft, which makes them nice to use and comfortable. I definitely suggest getting this if you’re looking for reliable and high-quality computer accessories.

I like that there’s a second backspace key over by the numeric pad. If you input a lot of numbers this is great to have. Also my previous keyboard had an insert key right beside the large backspace and I was constantly hitting it (how often do you need insert?).The mouse is a mouse but I do note that it doesn’t have a red light shining out of it when you pick it up so it may be better on batteries.Overall, very pleased.
