Works but I’d skip the app.
I like the big display. It appears to be fairly accurate. As accurate as a “at home” device can be I believe. The display is nice and easy to read. I didn’t have much of a problem connected it via bluetooth to a modern phone but the App feels a little shoddy and it asks for a lot of access. It’s not bad for $26 if you just need a quick reading. Just skip the app imho.

  2. Customer Review

    Quick, accurate, easy to read
This is a neat little device that works quickly and easily. It takes readings remarkably quickly, and the display is really bright and easy to read. Compared to other sources of the same information, I’m finding that this device is very accurate. I haven’t bothered using the app, primarily because I don’t really want to share all that information at that level, but secondarily because the unit’s display is so good and so easy to use, that I don’t really see the point of using the app. This is a handy little device to have at home when you just want to do a quick little check of some of your vitals.

Excellent quality, app works well and is easy to use
I already own a pulse oximeter but was curious about the app features and also about the other metrics this meter can measure, like Perfusion Index and Respiration Rate. I tried using this both with and without the app. It is very easy to use – you just put it on a finger and press the small white on button – and the numbers on the finger display are large and bright so it is easy to read. Simply pressing the power button again moves you from one display to the next so you can read SpO2, Pulse Rate, and Respiration Count on the finger display, without having to use the app.Using the app involved first downloading the iChoice app to my iPhone, registering, and then linking my device. This was easy too. I simply allowed the app to search my bluetooth devices and it then displayed pulse oximeter. Clicking on that provided a list of models, and I selected the last one. The app leads you to a special pulse oximeter subapp which lets you watch the measurements change in real time, and also records the results so you can preserve a record of them. I think 95% of the time, I will just use just the finger display, but having the ability to save the results on the app could come in handy, and doesn’t really add to the cost of this device. This is very reasonably priced and works well. My blood oxygen measurements were essentially identical to those I got on my other pulse oximeter so I feel good about the accuracy. This comes with a great little canvas case and can be hung on a hook or doorknob so it doesn’t get lost inside a medicine drawer.

The user agreement is ridiculous. Read it!
It works ok although heart is off compared to my Apple Watch. I give it 2 because you need to read the user agreement. After reading it, I deleted the app before I set up an account. No way should you have to give them access to so much information just because you want to check your blood oxygen. It’s ridiculous

    It will not work wirelessly
This is useless working with the app. The Bluetooth just flashes to let you know you don’t have a connection, even with brand new fully charged batteries. It works fine if you don’t need it to connect to an app, but you can buy a cheaper version for that. Do not buy this if you want a device that you can read with your smartphone. As a wireless device, this POS is useless.

It works by itself, Bluetooth is terrible
The device by itself is great, does what it is supposed to do, has a great pleth that responds quickly to “double verify” when in use.The Bluetooth, for me did NOT work at all. This was the draw originally for this particular device, but alas, it does not do what it is advertised to do.The app requires registration which is in reference to protecting medical data, no issue. Connection is spotty and it MIGHT move some of your data to the phone, or not. But it ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT DO IT LIVE, PERIOD.After several days of trying to get it to work, I deleted the app and now will just use it as a standalone pulseox.3 stars, because Bluetooth is terrible.

Simple Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter That Gets the Job Done, but Feels a Bit Cheap
Item Reviewed: Mibest CN368R Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter – Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor with App – SpO2, Pulse Rate, Respiration Rate, Plethysmograph and PI – Compatible with iOS & Android Smartphones – Free Appℹ️ SummaryI grabbed this as a backup pulse oximeter. At $21, the price was fair, but I was a little let down by the build quality. It’s pretty barebones, nothing fancy. The pulse reading matches my other unit, but the oxygen reading is consistently 2–3 percent lower. Still, if you want Bluetooth capability, it’s a decent pick.✅ What I Like – Comes with a case and lanyard. – Simple, one-button operation. – Two screen orientations for easier viewing. – iChoice companion app is solid. Shows live readings on your phone (screenshot attached). – Includes 2 AAA batteries. – Paired with the app easily.❌ What Could be Better – Feels cheap. Very lightweight plastic and the display isn’t as sharp as I’d hoped. – Requires account sign-up to use the app. Here is how I rate items:5 ⭐️ = Completely exceeds expectations.4 ⭐️ = Works well with minor concerns.3 ⭐️ = Does the job, nothing special.2 ⭐️ = Some things work, but lots of issues.1 ⭐️ = Didn’t work well, not worth it.

    I am satisfied
What sets this pulse oximeter apart from other is the smartphone connectivity and it worked great with my android phone. It was easy to setup and connected right away. Do note there are two apps what work with the monitor. The newer one is inferior in my opinion because it can only record for a maximum of 180 seconds. The older app does not seem it has a limit and I recorded over 10 minutes of activity. This is very useful for a workout session if you want to track trends or cycles. The build quality is average so nothing special to write about it.I think the asking price is reasonable given it can connect to your smartphone and you can look at historical data and everything.Overall I am satisfied with this product.
