How do I set the maximum volume ?

It really does work and works really well.
We have two Beagle’s that were jumping on the door to let us know when they wanted inside. They were scratching the door really bad. Purchased this motion sensor door chime and they figured out within one day that when they come to the door and hear the inside unit that we will soon be there to let them inside. If we want them to stay outside when the weather is nice we just unplug the unit inside. It would be nice if it had an on an off switch too but cannot beat it for the price. Highly recommended.

Very good and useful
It works great. The only thing is that the adhesive would not hold the sensor on the wall mount. I had to screw it in. You can adjust the sound level and you can select multiple different alerts. It has helped us out in the office, but I could also see it being a cheap way to put some security in your home if you wanted to.

Exactly what I needed for our cat to let us know when he wants to come inside.
We were trying to figure out a way for our cat to let us know when he wanted to come in at night. My husband would get up constantly to call him to get him in the house and of course, he does what he wants when he wants. When he wanted to come in he would jump up on the outside window ledge in the front or back windows and wait until someone would see him. No biggie during the day but night was important. I found these and thought maybe 🤔.Well, as soon as they went up and we figured out a ring tone we liked it started working. He jumped up onto the ledge, it sensed him and it rang. We keep the part that rings in our bedroom and it lets us know when he is here. Super easy to install. Definitely worth the money. And I would say, they work great!!

Works immediately when the sensor is tripped.
These work great as a way to know when someone or animal walks by the sensor. Our cat wants to go out at night so we let him out the back door and leave it ajar a bit so he can come back in. Problem was that sometime he would not come out in the the living room so we knew he was back in which made the house pretty cold at that door. Problem solved. Now when he returns the chime lets us know and we can go back and shut the door. A great purchase at a great price.
