Quick and efficient, just as described and meets expectations. Doesn’t leak or dribble when pouring or anything. Pretty sturdy and well made. Auto shut off works well, safe and clean so far, its been about 6 months or so. Fast and easy to use. Doesn’t burn or change the tase of water or anything like that, so all good there.

Works well, easy to clean, boils quick. The handle is not hot to the touch when boiled. No leaking, seems durable with being made of all stainless steel and glass and minimal BPA free plastics. Auto shut off hasnt failed yet and doesn’t have any strange taste added to the beverages.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to for this electric tea kettle! Not only does it look beautiful on my counter, but it heats up water incredibly fast. The large size is perfect for making multiple cups at once, and it feels very sturdy and well-made. You can tell it’s high quality right out of the box. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It’’s both stylish and practical. Highly recommend!

Gets the job done
We have been using our electric kettle for about a month now multiple times a day.Pros-Easy to use-Seems well made and durable (we really like Mueller products in general)-Gets your water boiling in a short amount of time-Looks nice sitting on the counter-Non-toxic features, such as the borosilicate glass and stainless steelCons-Boiling water touches black plastic when being poured with the lid on. This is a pretty being con for us as we prefer to not drink anything that touches plastic, especially at high temps. This can be prevented by taking off the lid before pouring but that’s annoying to do.-If you take the kettle off early (when it is still heating) and then replace it the kettle will start to reheat again. Our last kettle would automatically reset itself once you removed the kettle from the base. It’s a little thing…Overall, it is a decent kettle and it gets the job done. The black plastic on the lid hitting boiling water is a pretty big negative for us. If you are not concerned about this then I think you would like it.

Delivered quickly works great! Holds a lot more than I realized! LOVE being able to quickly make hot tea or instant oatmeal.. pretty as it boils also. Easy to use; Taste good, no after or plastic just clean water and energy efficient. The glass carfe makes easy to clean. I love the ease of the on/off button. Seems well made and durable.

I absolutely LOVE this Water Kettle by Mueller! It’s been one of my BEST purchases from Amazon and the price is so easy on one’s budget. The water is piping hot and remains so once the bubbling stops, and it takes up very little counter space.Great find and a GREAT product!

Great kettle, wonderful company
Our last Mueller electric kettle of similar design lasted 7 years, with the exception of a minor switch dysfunction that the company graciously honored with a quick replacement. This is the newest version of that kettle. It has less plastic, a better spout design. I would say the weak point in these kettles is the latches that hold the lid. While this new kettle uses a different style lid, the latches that hold the lid are not that different, and still made of plastic. It is fast, the LED lights are always fun, easy to clean. Hope this lasts another 7 years!! Maybe Mueller could simply offer replacement lids if these latches get weak. The other ones later at least 5 years, so who am I to complain? 5 star company for quality product and great customer service.
