Excellent fit and quality for the price
I was skeptical when purchasing a headset at this price, but the Razor BuckShark ended up being a gem. The headset is comfortable and lightweight with just a good old-fashioned volume knob on one side. No fiddling around with finding hidden buttons.I feel the audio quality is quite good and has enough power for clarity. The high quality is about what you would expect, but very clear and suitable for gaming/normal voice audio. Finally the only thing that worried me was the fact that it wasn’t cordless and I wondered if the cable would be long enough. Well both the cable and splitter extension are quite long and I was happy the cable is soft wrapped. All in all a very good product.

Don’t hesitate to buy, great product for a reasonable price.
Excellent sound quality and very comfortable. The cord length is just right, not too long and not too short. The whole design of this headset is great. I would definitely recommend these for anyone look for an inexpensive yet quality headset.

Great sound and very comfortable
The sound quality is clear and immersive, making gaming much more enjoyable. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear, even during long sessions. The microphone works well and my voice comes through clearly. Overall, it’s a great headset for the price and I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent budget headset
I think for the price I bought this for, they are an excellent headset. They are comfortable, sounds good(including listening to music), have adequate noise suppression/cancelling, and the mic quality is amongst the best for a “gaming headset”.The only things I would critique about this is its effectiveness in gaming purposes. I personally don’t like gaming with headsets that have noise cancelling. I like to be aware of my surroundings irl in the case that someone needs my attention and this headset tends to block that out.Another thing is how difficult it is to gauge your talking volume due to the noise suppression. This is a problem I didn’t realize I would run into, but I don’t think it is big enough to dislike the headset overall. In the end, these things are more so preferences and if you don’t mind them, this headset would be an excellent choice for you

Great Headset for FPS
Didn’t leave a review for these when I purchased them in 2024, but I would like to now. Late to the party. With the expectations that no one will read this.I’m mainly leaving this review because I didn’t know what I had until it was gone. I’ve been happily using these for the last two years. I play mainly Counter Strike 2, but have used these playing WoW and some other solo games. The sound has been great throughout all of these experiences.I have a big head (7 7/8) and the fit of the BlackSharks was great. They were very comfortable for long periods of time. The faux leather pads got a little sweaty, but I could have changed those if I wanted to.On Windows 11, these were plug and play setup. The microphone quality is good. I wouldn’t use it to record voice over for work, but I’ve never had issues communicating in game, Zoom meetings, or Discord chat. For CS2 – generally, I can distinguish sounds if there are a number happening at once. If both teams show up and start firing it gets a little muddy, but still not horrible. The directionality of sound is great. I can determine direction and distance of footsteps/noises quite well.Last year we got a dog and he likes to mill around my feet and computer and has gotten hung up on the headset cable a few times (my fault for not having better cable management – not his or Razer’s). I started getting weird static in the headphones and found a tear in the cable at the base of the headset.Currently I’m trying to find a set of headphones that live up to these. Tried HyperX Cloud 2 and the sound was super muddy and the directionality/distance was inconsistent. Going to try a Philips setup (mainly for the replaceable cable), but if those don’t work out I’ll just get another set of BlackSharks. Both the Cloud 2 and Philips setups are at least 2x the cost of the Razers now, so I’m probably not making great life choices.

Great performance, great price
I’m an audio engineer with a big collection of headphones, some of which are $700+. This pair is rock solid. It’s not going to win any audio quality awards, or blow your skull open with bass, let your teammates hear the gravel in your voice like you were standing right beside them. But it will play the sounds it’s supposed to, with enough and clarity and balance that you won’t be distracted by a lack of quality. They’re lightweight and extremely cushy, comfortable for long sessions. The cardioid mic shape does a good enough of picking up voice in one direction while ignoring most of the rest of the room. Paired with something like discord’s noise suppression features, voice features just work. They do a good job of blocking/reducing outside noise. The cords are quite long and come with multiple rubber cable ties, so they transport well without getting tangled. At ~$35 these things are fantastic for someone casual that wants something to do the job well and not need tinkering. Only two tiny nits: the green of the 3.5mm speaker jack is nearly white, and I could only Id it because the other one was more visibly pink. These would benefit from more intense color bands, even better if it also had an icon or something. And the mic is not removable like on some headphones, it’s always sticking out of the ear can and can’t be pulled for storage and travel. Not a big deal. I bought a second pair for my partner and would recommend these to anybody that just wants to find something good enough and get on with their life.
