From the moment I unwrapped it, I could tell the quality was top-notch. The materials feel sturdy and well-made—nothing flimsy or cheap about this. It’s clear someone put care into both design and construction.Using it was a delight. It works exactly as described (in fact, it may even exceed expectations!). I found it easy to operate, intuitive, and reliable. For someone like me who sometimes worries about gadgets being too complicated, this was pleasantly straightforward.It also shows that the seller cares about presentation and customer experience. The packaging was neat, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the instructions were clear (and even a bit old-lady friendly, if you ask me). I love towel warmers so much that they have become my go to gift item for everyone. They are the sort of thing that few people will buy for themselves so it makes a unique gift. I never knew how much I would love using one until I had it. This large 20 liter warmer will hold several towels, a towel and a robe or even a throw blanket inside. This one is especially nice because it has wifi to be able to turn it on remotely. It is lovely to start it warming a blanket beside the bed and be able to crawl under that on a chilly night. Just like my favorite thing to do of wrapping blankets fresh out of the dryer around myself. This rectangular warmer has a unique style and it sits higher off the ground than a lot of warmers. I find that convenient to not have to reach down inside so far. The style fits in well with any room. It is clean and modern looking.

Great for a cold office
I was going to use this for home use but bought a different one for that. I ended up taking this to my office because no matter how hot or cold it is outside, my office is like a freezer. What I love is that I’m able to rotate blankets and even use this for my sweater too. What I love is that I can have my throw and my sweater inside of this warmer while I’m using my other blanket to help keep me warm. The size of this first perfectly in the corner of my office, which isn’t that big and I share my office. I love that no matter what I’m doing, I always have a warm blanket on me the whole time. This hasn’t even tripped the plug either, unlike my space heater I had in my office. Highly durable with the constant use that it gets and I love how easy it is to set and leave on throughout the day. Highly recommended!

Regret waiting for so long
For many years, I’ve lusted after these but never pulled the trigger because I didn’t have a convenient outlet near my shower.After enjoying the use of a towel warmer while visiting a friend, I decided to splurge anyway! I keep it in my closet which is right next to the bathroom. I’ve found that I prefer to do a quick dry off like normal, and then grab a towel & robe from here….so the lack of an outlet near the shower turned out not to be a big issue afterall.It warms consistently and quickly, and is easy to use. I’m glad that I opted for a large capacity unit, because it allows us to heat multiple items at once.What has surprised me the most is how much my family is using this in other ways now that the season is getting colder. Thanks to the larger size, we’re warming blankets for movie night, just because we can! My husband warms towels to help proof sourdough. My middle schooler who is tool cool to wear a coat, popped in his sweatshirt to help at the cold bus stop wait. Today, I popped it in the back of my car with a portable power unit, and kept the family supplied with warm items at a chilly sporting event!
