This USB C hub is suitable for travel and allows downloading photos from an SD card to a hard drive when used with a Samsung S24+ phone. The drive can be connected to one of the USB ports, while the SD card fits into the reader, and the hub connects to the phone. Both the phone and the drive can be powered simultaneously using a power source via the USB C PD port. One limitation I found is that the SD card needs to be inserted into the reader before connecting the hub to the phone; otherwise, the phone does not detect the SD card. Additionally, the HDMI adapter provides optional functionality for use during travel.
