You Cannot be in room with it. When I purchased it I didn’t realize this. I was picturing it ran like an air cleaner ( long periods of time and regardless of what was going on in the space around it. I was surprised when I read the instructions for use and warnings. That being said, I would still purchase it again. It works great. It’s silent, and so easy to move room to room!!The room has a very distinct smell after it’s been used but it’s for a very short period of time. It’s not a bad smell, but noticeable. If zapped germs and bacteria had an odor- it’s this. If it was a perfume it’d be called Electric Crisp.Anyway, this works great and you know it’s doing its job. Highly recommend!

Bought to kill virus germs
Bought because I caught a contagious virus. I was trying to kill germs in hopes others in house wouldn’t catch it. It is also advertised to get rid of allergens, so a plus as my allergies have been running amok. Easy to use. I put on my bed so that it will disinfect bedding and kill dust mites. Air out my room afterwards as instructions recommend.

Worked great but only for a year!
This is my second time purchasing this item. The first one only lasted 14 months before the bulb went bad. Hope this one does better. If not I’ll try another brand.

Easy to use. Money well spent. Sanitized rooms like it said. Odor somewhat strong while sanitizing, but went away shortly after. Would highly recommend.
