Great for a portable office set up!
Has been a game changer! I work from home and like to move my workstation around the house through the day. This makes it easy to still have two screens to work with without having to move a full on monitor with multiple cords. Just plug it into my MacBook’s USBc and have my laptop on it’s charger and am set to work for hours. Great picture quality, sturdy, and ready to use out of the box. The speakers are useless for anything other than quick notification dings, but I don’t need them especially at this price point!

This is a review for the 14” unit, see photos attached.This is a very well built monitor, premium quality at this price point. It looks and feels expensive. I use a HP laptop and this display is pretty close to its quality. I noticed a bit of play on the magnetic stand which broke my heart but I reversed its position and the magnets were able to lock on more firmly.I like that the bezels on this unit are relatively thin, see the last photo (apologies for my greasy paws), sound quality is a bit shrill but if you bought this to replace your speakers then this review isn’t for you. Its plug and play, the magnetic stand placement is a bit tricky, please refer to the manual. Its thin, portable and significantly improves productivity.PS – Any one that likes that cute reading light it is Gritin 19 LED Rechargeable Book Light. Cheers!

Affordable, useful and no issues !
Absolutely love this! It was super affordable, works amazingly snd even has speakers! It hooked up to my son’s laptop just by plugging it in and restarting. No issues at all and he’s using it as his 2nd monitor to watch his live classes for online school. Highly recommend !

i got this to watch youtube and for my switch
it’s pretty nice and lightweight with a nice clear image. i do wish it came with longer cables and a display port cable. it’s perfect for switch and an extra monitor for pc. the speakers in the monitor are not that great but you can connect it with headphones or change the output so it’s not that much of a dealbreaker for me, it’s just nice that it actually comes with speakers especially for the price.

Purchased as gift for my daughter to use when working at home with laptop. It was easy to install and great quality! Would recommend anyone who uses a laptop that works from home with research and data entry needing extra screen to purchase this monitor.

For the price this portable monitor is great!! Would recommend to anyone looking for one. Only thing I’ve noticed is reds look more like a deep orange other colors look great. Still five stars for price point and it works great. Already dropped my speaker on it re-arranging my desk and nothing happened durability seems good. Size was perfect for what I needed and space I had.

Working well for half a year, has freesync, draws up to 4 watts.
Works great! I got this in early 2025, so I’ve had it for over half a year now. It is 60Hz, of course, so it’s not super high refresh rate, for those that care. I play at 60Hz anyways, so it works great for me, and it DOES come with freesync for AMD GPUs, which you have to turn on in the settings menu. So, playing at 60FPS or lower won’t be stuttery, which is something that the 120Hz portable monitors I’ve found don’t have, on top of being more expensive.The monitor I got is in a metal casing and weighs 1.6 pounds, or 725 grams. I run it off of the mini HDMI port for video and USB-C from a USB 2.0 hub for power. I have had rare flashes of black screen where it appears to reset while playing games, but I think that’s a power issue. I’ve recently purchased a USB power display, and it says that at 40 brightness, this monitor draws up to 0.5A, or 2.5 watts. This puts it right at the recommended edge of usb 2.0’s power delivery, which is 0.5A (probably why I’ve gotten occasional resets). However, if you power it with a usb 3.0 port (blue ports, or USB-C), those have a maximum rating of 0.9A, which should be fine for even maximum brightness, where this monitor draws 0.8A at max. My research said that portable monitors often draw between 10-15 watts, so a maximum of 4 watts is pretty good.As for dimensions, it’s ~8.625in from bottom to top of the monitor, and its 14 inches wide. For the thick section at the bottom, its 0.43in thick, and 0.24 inches thick at the top. The bottom section goes up 2.735in of the height.Hopefully this helps anyone else doing some modeling with this.It has two screw holes, which I think are M.4 screws (so, metric). I haven’t had any problems with the mount holes, though I don’t have the monitor suspended like other reviews have done.The menu control isn’t great in my opinion, but it works well enough. You have to push in on the volume select knob to open the menu AND select stuff, which is not super easy, and you use the button to back out of stuff. The menu is pretty comprehensive though, and it does have blue light settings, going in increments of 25%.If you flick up on the knob first, then it adjusts screen brightness. If you flick down first, then it adjusts monitor volume. I actually just figured that out while typing this review, and I respect how many features they packed into a couple buttons.Overall, it works good, it’s reliable, and should be durable with the metal casing. Easy enough to use.The cover which comes with it doubles as the stand. Works great as a cover, but slips too much to make a good stand. If they rubberized the bottom of the cover, I think it’d work better. I don’t use it anyways, so not a problem for me.

I ordered one monitor, was so impressed with the quality at the price point, I ordered a second. The second monitor was not the same as the first one. Both with great bright image quality, it’s just the materials used aren’t as good. One is metal with a magnet attachment for the cover, the other is plastic with velcro attachments for the cover. The plastic monitor is not significantly thicker but it is noticeable; with a somewhat larger bezel.They are easy to setup and easy to use, and seem sturdy enough. If I hadn’t received two different revisions they probably would have both got 5 star reviews on their own. But reordering a product and getting something much cheaper feeling on the reorder kind of sours the experience.If you get one in a clamshel package VS a slip top package you have a plastic version of this monitor.

This item is not HDR. It does not appear to be 1080P. I suspect it is not OLED.I have tried it with multiple devices and none see it as HDR. On 1080P, pixels do not line up properly.Avoid this product at all costs.

Good for the price point! Was incredibly easy to set up, has all the necessary parts. The screen is only 1080p, I’m not sure how much I would enjoy gaming on it. But I believe it is excellent for work. I love how light and portable it is, I can imagine taking this with me if I’m ever doing remote work or heading to a co-working space.

Works as advertised. Colour accuracy and sRGB coverage is quite poor, and enabling HDR causes significant colour banding. Otherwise, good value for money we’ll see how long it lasts

Needed it for convenience to refer to and type out different docs. Bought it a couple months ago when on sale and despite the negative reviews about it, works just fine. It needs to be powered via usb c adapter or one of your pc’s usb c ports. If not, it goes blank into power saving mode. The stand is a bit flimsy but is stable if you pull the cut out tab to rest on the top and bottom edge of the cut out. (Don’t know if this makes sense but you’ll figure it out. Don’t break it though). Got another 2 units too at the last sale. Comes ready to run out of the box with the necessary cables for hdmi to mini hdmi and usb C to usb C.
