Comfortable
Excellent pillow! Once I bought this pillow my neck pain went away. This pillow is firm when you first lay down, but it molds to your head and is extremely comfortable. I love that it comes in a package of two. A must buy if you are having trouble sleeping. I usually sleep on my side or my back and the pillow feels great in either position.

This is a great pillow for those who want firmness and cool comfort! It’s a bit long for my king size pillowcase by about an inch, but it’s so awesome I didn’t want to send it back!

Firm, but still a bit squishy
I like the pillow. I WANT to love. Sadly (and this is crucial), it got into a fight with my rather soft memory foam mattress and my neck ended up hurt. I think the main reason it entered into such a disagreement with my mattress is due to the firmness of the pillow vs. the softness of my mattress. While I like a firm pillow normally, this was too firm and I ended up with my neck at an awkward angle. That being said, I would recommend this pillow for anyone who doesn’t have a soft mattress. It is made of high quality materials!

Best sleep ever!
I’ve really been struggling to find a good pillow. I’ve been using the ones with the shredded memory foam for a while now. They start off good, but go really flat in a short period of time.Tried this pillow for the first time last night and it was heaven. I noticed the minute that I lay down that I didn’t have to fidget as much to get comfortable. It was like I just sank in. My head and neck felt so supported. It did take a little longer than other pillows I’ve had to re-inflate after being vacuum sealed, but it was still good to go in just a few hours. I appreciate that these come in larger sizes than other firm memory pillows I’ve had in the past. That was a big selling point for me.The case seems to be of good quality, so no complaints there either.Basically, I’m in love. I just ordered a second one as a backup.

Alright overall I will say that this is a comfortable pillow and for $30 I am happy with its firmness.It’s just the right amount firm and comfortable for my tastes as a side sleeper. I also like that it seems to be slightly longer than the normal pillow of the same size.I even like its look as once it is fully inflated it’s got a nice aesthetic design and is very comfortable.However do be warned while it is a pillow that stays cooler than a normal pillow it is not like the normal coolin gel pillows. Where as those pillows have a layer of gel that is designed to stay cold even in a heat wave this pillow is more meant to not overheat.It does this by using holes for airflow all through it and states there is cooling gel inside. I can’t confirm that to be honest but I will say it is no where near as cold as my other cooling gel pillows are.While it stays cooler than a normal pillow at room temperature don’t expect it to actually be cold to the touch like a normal cooling pillow. Think more in Line with it being labeled as breathable instead of cooling if that helps.

Give it a chance to decompress and you’ll love it. First night it was shriveled up but it blew up and the next day. I’ve been sleeping like a baby since. My head and neck feel supported and I don’t have to keep re-adjusting.

I was so on the fence about buying this pillow because the reviews seem so mixed.First of all, I think a lot of the reviews are due to user error. This pillow is supposed to expand for 24-48 hours before use. I waited the full 48 hours and it was great. When I checked on it at the 24 hour mark, it was definitely firmer than the 48 hour mark. I know it’s hard not to use the pillow you’ve just bought because it’s exciting! But really, it’s for the best to follow the instructions and let it expand for the full amount of time.Secondly, I see a lot of complaints that it’s “not cooling”. News flash! No pillow can stay cold *all the time*! That technology does not exist and is currently impossible! It has holes for ventilation, your body gives off heat that transfers to the pillow.Thirdly, the pillow does vary in firmness based on temperature. If it’s warm it’s gonna be a bit softer, if it’s cold it’s gonna be a bit firmer.The reviews are very mixed with people saying “my head sinks down all the way, there’s nothing to it!” and “It’s so firm like a brick! My head doesn’t sink at all!” this confused the crap out of me before buying. I think all of the above factors are the reason for variation in the reviews.I’ll try to give my most unbiased perspective on it. It is firm, I would not call it a brick though. My head sinks about halfway into it. It provides support, but isn’t stiff. It’s not super soft, it does take a minute to sink into. It holds your head in place. I am a side and stomach sleeper and I find it comfortable. I cannot speak for back sleepers. It is very lightweight, but thick, wide, and takes up a decent amount of space. The cover is soft, but you should still put a pillowcase over it. If you don’t like a pillow on the firmer side, you probably won’t like this pillow. If you’re looking for something super soft and squishy, this pillow is not for you. If you are looking for a firm memory foam pillow that keeps you in place, has good neck support, and keeps it’s shape. This pillow is for you.Overall, I like it! I’ve been sleeping on it for a couple weeks and I think it has helped my neck a bit. I’ve been sleeping very soundly and I have no issues. It’s a great price for the quality if it’s what you’re looking for, go for it!

Soft, lightweight and squishy
My fiance has an older model tempur pedic that is thicker, heavier, and very nice. In comparison, this pillow is just as good but has no cooling properties. It’s very, VERY comfortable, very squishy, and I have less neck pain since I’ve gotten it. My only complaint was waiting 24-48 hours for it to fluff up because I was very excited to use it. It’s light weight so definitely not a firm pillow or anything you’d win a pillow fight with. But definitely very soft and comfortable. I like the texture as well. I would easily pay $50 for this pillow again.

Good pillow, excellent firmness yet still soft. The thing that could be improved is that it has way too little gel incorporated in the foam. It looks more like they added some blue coloring. Other brands have a much much higher concentration of the cooling gel. So unfortunately this pillow is quite warm.

A bit on the stiff side for my liking, very difficult to judge until you buy it. It comes compressed so I left it out in open air to expand naturally as per the instructions. No weird smell as reported by others but may also be subjective, I tried it for a few nights but eventually opted for a different memory foam pillow brand.
