On my 4th or 5th. Wish they lasted longer but better than most heating towels enough. Tried others and just not warm enough.

Two of these would not turn off, and doesn’t warm very quickly.
I think this is the first time I have written an Amazon review but felt compelled. This was a gift and I was thrilled to have one, as we live in New England and mornings are cold. However, the first one didn’t turn off when the off button was pushed and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it, since leaving it on felt like a bit of a fire hazard, even though there is a timer. So I exchanged it for a new one, and it has the same problem. Won’t turn off unless unplugged. In addition, unless you leave a towel in for at least 30 minutes, it doesn’t get warm enough, and I often don’t have 30 minutes between turning it on and showering.

LOVE the new heater, with minor issues…
I have been looking for a towel heater for years, but didn’t want to pay a crazy amount or have an open metal wall unit. I ordered this in hopes that it would fit my needs. I absolutely love this towel warmer.There are a few minor issues, but the nice, toasty warmth of my towels outweigh the issues.The towels only seem to get nice and warm when I put the timer on an hour. Even if I will be taking them out before the hour. I just turn it off after I take out the towels.There is a slight damp/musty smell on them. I think the heater is circulating water so… my plan is to spray the inside with a spritz of natural oil or something (lavender or citrus) to cut the smell. But, it’s not so horrible that I can’t use it.The size is pretty reasonable. I can fit two oversized bath towels in it. Although, the bottom one is typically warmer than the top one.My husband was skeptical when I purchased this because he didn’t think it was necessary. Of course it’s not “necessary”!!! I used to put my towels on the radiator, but it doesn’t warm them up as much as this towel warmer does. And, I couldn’t put two towels on the radiator.Now that the winter is coming and the house is getting colder… they other day after he got out of the shower, my husband had to admit…. he was happy I purchased this! 🙂

We got one of these as a Christmas gift, and was instantly hooked. So hooked I bought this one as a gift for my brother’s birthday! Warms towels quickly so you get out of the shower to be enveloped in warmth. Turn it on, toss in your PJs and bathrobe then a towel for a warm send off after your bedtime shower. Want instant warmth, toss your sweater or hoodie in, great for sweatpants too (or any clothing). Love the adjustable timer of 15-30-45-60 minutes. and its a stylish addition to your bathroom adding a spa like touch! I,ll be gifting more of these!

Best gift to myself
Why I havent bought one of these for myself sooner I dont know!!!! This is my little self indulgence every morning before going to work. Before getting in the shower I place one bath sheet in the warmer for 30 mins. It is big enough to hold two. When getting out of the shower it is super pleasant drying off with a warm towel and even better in the winter months. The warmer is not big and bulky. I have mine sitting on our bathroom heater in a corner. It is sleek looking in white with bamboo wood feet and handle on the lid. The inside is silver. Easy to operate and nothing fancy. Strictly warms the towel which is good enough for me. I purchased mine on a daily deal and got at a great price. Have had 3 months and had no problems so far. I am very happy with my purchase and would give as a gift and certainly recommend to anyone for a purchase.

4 years later, does not work
Lasted 4 1/2 years and now has stopped working. Maybe that’s normal for tech these days but it’s disappointing to now know my shower is going to be cold. Was nice while it lasted but I wont be buying this one again.

I bought a towel heating unit for my clinic recently, delivered to Hobart Tasmania via Amazon and it does not work! I keep pressing the power button over and over. It did not come with an US plug converter so I ended up buying one, I believe most electric goods come with a power converter for overseas customers? . I have plugged it in correctly I’ve tried different power sockets. I want to know what to do please to get it to work or receive a refund thanks, RuthIn addition I cannot access customer support? I have had an email saying my question has gone unanswered? What support is there if the unit arrives and will not work?

Just thought to share this with my fellow shoppers so you have all the info to make an informed decision 🙂 **Now for the review:Got this for my girlfriend. She loves it and talks about how great it is for her pjs and blankets. I would just caution on how long you put items in it for. For people with delicate skin, 30 minutes might be too long and too hot for your skin.
