Beautiful Pitcher, Great Tasting Water
I really wanted to love this pitcher. The water it produces tastes excellent, and the glass build is heavy, high quality, and dishwasher safe. In the beginning, everything good about it was overshadowed by one critical flaw: I had a difficult time getting the filter system to work properly. It kept falling apart in the pitcher.The company noticed my concern in my earlier review and reached out to see if they could solve the problem, suggesting the issue might have been a defective filter cartridge. I gave that a shot and they sent me a new filter cartridge – and a packet of filter media to replace what I had lost. I was most impressed.The best part is that the replacement cartridge did, in fact, solve the problem and the new cartridge stays together as it is supposed to now.So I give them 5 stars for their attention to customers and their unwavering support of their product.And, as I wrote earlier, I love everything else about the product. Great materials, excellent tasting water, dishwasher safe. So it now gets 5 stars in my book. Highly recommended (as long as you don’t mind filling filter cartridges with the media (they’re not self-contained a la Brita, et al)).

Sustainable Choice!
This aarke Glass Water Pitcher with refillable stainless steel filter has been a lifesaver for me! I am living temporarily in our vacation home that relies on local public water supply. I was beside myself over the water tasting terrible and not being able to drink it. I even tried boiling it and that made no difference in the taste. I did a lot of research and debated between a water pitcher and a countertop one, or even something with reverse osmosis. For the short time I are here (3 months) I decided upon the water pitcher. I love this one! The glass so far is durable and I am so happy there are no plastic parts! Just what I was after. The value for the price paid isn’t great, however I truly couldn’t find anything else that fit the bill for me. I don’t mind having to replace the filters every 8 weeks since it makes a HUGE difference in the taste and smell of the water. I purchased the 5 cup one which is just right for me. It doesn’t take that long to fill it up. I transfer it into another glass pitcher and then fill this one up again so I always have great tasting water at my fingertips. As far as contaminants, I am not sure how to know how many it actually removes. I am mainly happy to be able to drink good water and not get all nervous and panicky not having any readily available. I am a big water drinker so it is important that it be good quality, which this seems to be. It is quite functional and even though a little bit heavy, it isn’t so bad. To me, it just means that it is solidly made. Thank you.

Best water filter pitcher that reduces microplastic & plastic waste!
I was looking for a water filter pitcher that has no part of water in contact with plastic, water filters that do NOY have one time use plastic parts that need to be changed out/thrown out periodically. These requirements were actually very hard to find, until I found this which fulfills my requirements.Pros: bottom is lined with rubber so that it’s a little more durable than glass hitting hard surface when placing it on my counter top. Refillable filters that do not produce tons of unnecessary plastic waste (such as the brita plastic filter pack, gosh, so bad for the environment!). The water filter tank and pod is made of stainless steels. The item looks very nice and stylish. Instructions were very detailed. Dishwasher safe, everything can be taken apart !Cons: this item is not perfect. The underside of the lid is made of plastic which could be incontact with wate. I would have preferred this in a different material. I adjust by closing the lid when water has gone into the bottom compartment. Filter pouches are not cheap and must be purchased from this company. I plan to look for a larger water filter packs so I don’t have to use these small packs offered by same seller that has constant plastic packaging waste. I’d recommend the seller offer larger packs of water filter to reduce plastic waste and wrap using cardboard boxes.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Disappointed – Filter Stopped Working and Mold Developed
I purchased this purifier pitcher July 14 2025, hoping for clean, great-tasting water, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. After a short period of use, the filter stopped working properly — water barely filtered through, and soon I noticed mold forming inside the pitcher and in the filtered water itself.I’ve followed all cleaning and maintenance instructions exactly as directed, so this shouldn’t have happened. It’s concerning that a product designed to purify water is actually creating a health risk.I’ve reached out to customer support for a resolution and hope the company stands behind their product, but as it stands, I can’t recommend this pitcher.

Water tastes great and there is NO PLASTIC
So far, we are very pleased with this pitcher with filter. The pitcher is made completely with glass and the filter parts are all stainless. The water tastes great. Everything I have read about it indicates it filters very well. So, between that and the fact that there is no plastic makes it a great product. It is a little heavy lifting it to put away in the fridge. Once filled up, the water seems a little slow to got down, but it’s not terribly slow. Again, NO PLASTIC.

I have had this now for about a year. I bought the larger size so perhaps it’s a little heavy when full, but I am very happy. The seals are strong, the pour is clean, and it holds enough. I don’t feel like I am always refilling it. It also looks good on my counter. It was a bit pricey, but worth it.

Great looking product which gives great, fresh tasting water. No longer need a Brita! Other comments have mentioned this but it is definitely on the heavy side and doesn’t filter a big volume of water however we’re only two adults so it suits our needs just fine. Glad to see that the filter granules are also available on Amazon.

I had a bit of a struggle with the shipping, but in the end, Amazon figured it out. I thought it was on their part, but it was more on the Amazon . The product was as I expected, and it looks super good and durable, so I’m very happy with the product.

I debated a long time about investing in this pitcher. I couldn’t decide between the regular size and the large size, and finally chose the regular size. It fits perfectly in the minimal storage space in my compact refrigerator and holds just the right amount of water to be filled once or twice each day for my needs. The water taste is excellent. The design and weight are perfectly balanced for pouring. It was important for me to not purchase a plastic jug. Until now, I have been purchasing bottled water in glass bottles and wanted to find a more economical way to have filtered water available. I am so happy with this purchase!
