It is good, does the job. have been using it for 3days in a row. generlly speaking doesnt pull my hair, maybe sometimes a little.It is slow massage is good enough. it is not heavy to hold but not supper lightweight too.I have not other more expensive tools but it is good enoughto keep it and dont return for a better option.I am using itfor hair loss, and except for teh first time. i didnt notice droped hair on it.

Great for tension
It feels nice and is helpful for tension but the texture of the massage heads cause hair to tangle and get stuck. Other than that, it’s really nice.

It might sound silly, but around Christmas another company was marketing this kind of thing as a cat massager. And while it arrived labeled a scalp massager, one of my cats absolutely adored it. It felt so nice I decided I need one for myself, and I chose this one.It’s even better! I love the mix of functions / speeds, the lights letting you know which setting you’re on, and the other attachment heads. The original unit we got for our cat didn’t have those things. Loved it so much, my partner ordered one too. My cat might adore hers, but we definitely made out better in that deal. This is a superior model for sure.

Defective?? Causes massive tangles
I finally used this thing and it’s awful. It’s loud. And even tho I didn’t put it directly on my scalp or hair because I wrapped my head with a scarf, it somehow still managed to tangle my hair. One spot was so matted. And I don’t even have curly hair. It’s straight and healthy. I literally can not use it. It might be defective. I used to be a hair stylist for years and I wouldn’t use this on anyone. I really think this specific one is defective.

We bought something like this elsewhere advertised for pets, but when it arrived, it was clearly branded as a human scalp massager. My wife and I thought it looked neat so we each ordered one of this brand’s version for ourselves to try, mostly because it had the swappable heads in two different types. This is SO much better than the other brand. The heads are removable, so they’re easier to clean. It’s magnetic charging so there are no little flaps to worry about for ports. There are multiple settings (slow and fast for each direction, then a 5th setting where it alternates direction). The colored lights make it easy to remember which settings you prefer. Overall, super happy with these, and even more so that we caught it on a sale.
