Keeps your battery charged so you can play all day.
This is an amazing cable! I started off in VR with a Rift 2 and loved it and this takes me back to the days of not having to worry about my battery. My Quest 2 would drain the battery and I would have to charge it and then the Quest 3 had the same problem but then I got this Link Cable and I don’t have to worry about draining my battery. I can play for hours without the battery going down one percent. When I watch videos or a movie it goes up just a little bit like maybe a percent or half a percent. This works well for PCVR too! If you have VR ready computer and USB 3.0 then buy this for your Quest.

Durable and charges faster than my meta quest 3 drains
It works great, actually charges my Meta quest 3 faster than it drains, which other brands have failed to do. It doesn’t get in the way, has plenty of reach and so far I have no complaints. I’ve had this for at least of few months now and it’s durable, amazing for the price. I’ve had much more expensive cables in the past and this one tops them. I’m relieved I can finally have a cable to keep me going all day if I wanted to.

Problems charging while playing (fixed it) otherwise link works without issues.
Worked at first, then it let my headset die in the next session… so I’ve started troubleshooting from 50% battery, and there are no issues… All I did was unplug everything, and put it back (pretty sure I already did that.) The order I used was charger into link cable, then link cable into headset, and then into pc.I also tried unplugging it just from my pc, then putting it back to see if that was making it ignore charging somehow, but no. It’s still going up while in use, while on 120hz so… I’m not sure, but I’m happy it’s working again. I’m thinking it has to do with the battery level, hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Good customer service and the replacement works well
The original cable stopped transferring data after just a few plug and unplug cycles — it became charge-only. However, after I reported the issue, the seller provided excellent customer service and sent me replacement and compensation immediately. The new cable works well until now with my Quest 3, it keeps the VR fully charged all time. I’m impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue.

Don’t trust – “water/debris” error
Have been using another cable for about a year and decided to try this one. On first use, after about 5 minutes of use, the Meta Headset set off an alarm saying “water or debris detected in charging port shut down headset immediately”. I have NEVER gotten this message before. Switched back to my old cable and no issues…. . don’t trust this new one and returning it now…

A solid powered/ USB C/ Oculus Link option.
I’ve been using this powered link cable with my Quest 3. Works extremely well. Length is great. Cable thickness and build quality is solid.Had issues previously with my Q3 headset when using an older standard link cable I had used with my Q2. The Q3 does not charge fast enough via standard USB C connection to PC when a link cable is in use. Once my Q3’s power dropped below 65% my older Oculus Link Cable would throw up a disconnect screen. The AMVR cable took care of that problem. So I keep my headset charged before using this powered link cable and it maintains.I’m using my Q3 charger in conjunction with the AMVR link cable. Be sure to match its power output specs within reason if you need to get a third party charger. Your headset might have a recharge protection circuit, but the AMVR might not as such. Not all 3rd party usb c chargers are rated for the same output. This AMVR cable does not include the separate headset charger.I will also mention that on a rare occasion I would see a liquid detected in the Q3 charger port message on a rare occasion when using this cable. Very rare, but it’s apparently a known glitch with the Q3 when using any link cable, per Reddit.

Works but slow
White looks pro but really just another slow usb 3 cable. Usbc would of been better for transfer and charge rates. Works as intended but only to keep the charge you are at while playing. Cost was high for this slow of a cord.

Mate of mine bought the official cable, he got gipped I tell you. This works great as long as your charger and cable meet the expected power and protocol requirements. No problems quest linking to PC. Feels sturdy, has a great length for movement and straps onto the headset left frame easily hanging over the rear left shoulder and out of the way. Definitely a no competition buy.

高いけれどちゃんとUSB3で認識してくれてます途中で接続が切れるとあったが特には問題無しPCの相性でしょうか？他のメーカーの似たような値段のものを最初に買ったがそっちはUSB2しか認識しなかったのでこっちを最初に選ぶべきだったと思うけどVR自体普及が微妙なので個人差が大きいのかもしれない
