Why does the screen turn off automatically instead of staying on?

To reduce light pollution and extend the screen’s lifespan, it automatically turns off after 1 minute of inactivity.

Why don’t some devices show battery level or model on the screen?

Only iPhone 15 and later, and iPad(10th gen)and later support battery level and model identification.Other devices like Samsung,Pixel, and tablets charge normally but don’t support this feature.2‑in‑1 cables are not compatible with model identification

Is it normal for the charger to get warm while charging?

Yes. High-power chargers generate more heat than low-power models. This charger uses intelligent temperature control and operates within international safety standards, so it is safe to use.

Why do some devices only show “iPhone** Series” or “iPad pro M* Series” instead of the full model name?

Update your device to the latest system version and try again. If the full model name still does not appear, this behavior is normal and does not affect charging performance.

Why is charging power lower than expected or slower than usual?

Charging power adjusts based on your device’s needs, with a maximum output of 45W (PD). Some devices use proprietary protocols that may limit charging speed. Power is also highest when the battery is low and gradually decreases as the battery fills.

  1. Social science professor

The best charger. No, the screen isn’t just a gimmick, it’s actually useful (and fun)
Long-time user of Anker products. They perform well, they’re cleverly designed, and reasonably priced. This new 45W charger is just brilliant. I bought one a month ago, liked it so much I bought more – for my wife, my dad, and another for myself. This 45W Anker Nano recognizes the charging needs of whatever device you plug into it and adapts to it. I have an iPhone 17 Pro, an M4 Macbook Air, and a M4 iPad Pro, and the Anker charges all of them quickly. Also, the Anker by default reduces the charging speed a little before the device’s battery is fully charged, which prolongs the longevity of the device’s battery. When this product was first announced and reviewed on tech websites, the screen seemed like a gimmick. But now that I have the charger, I really like the screen. It displays useful information, like how much power it’s delivering to my devices in real time.Lastly, it’s super functional. It is smaller and weighs less than any 45W charger I’ve ever seen, and smaller than some of Anker’s slightly older 30W chargers. Also, I love that the prongs can not only fold into the device to make it more easily portable, but can be set at two different angles, allowing easy access to the USB-C port and the display no matter where you plug in the charger. This charger lists for $40, but commonly is available for $30, which seems like a steal for a portable, top-quality charger with thoughtful and useful features.

The Perfect High-Tech Charging Solution For Every Setup
This Anker Smart Display Charger is an absolute game-changer for anyone who appreciates seeing exactly how their tech is performing. The built-in smart display is incredibly helpful for monitoring real-time wattage, and the Care Mode gives me total peace of mind when charging my devices overnight. Despite the 45W power delivery, the unit is remarkably compact, and the 180° foldable plug makes it the ideal travel companion for tossing into a bag without worrying about snags or damage. The build quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Anker—sturdy, sleek, and premium to the touch. It handles my iPhone and Apple Watch with ease, providing a consistent fast charge while remaining surprisingly cool. If you are looking for a reliable, high-speed charger that offers more intelligence and portability than a standard power brick, this is definitely the one to get.

    Adorable, Reliable, and Super Handy
I’m genuinely impressed with the Anker Nano power bank. It’s compact, charges fast, and feels like one of those gadgets you instantly want to keep with you every day. The little on screen animations are ridiculously adorable they give it so much personality that I actually look forward to checking the battery level.Performance wise, it does exactly what I need without any fuss. My only wish is that it came with an Anker USB C to USB C cable in the box. It’s a small thing, but it would’ve made the package feel perfectly complete.Still, this thing is a win. Great design, great functionality, and a surprising amount of charm.

    I Charge Everything With This. Also Supports PPS 5v- 11v 3A and 5v- 16v 3A And 20V 2.25A
For the people complaining about Samsung quick charge 2.0 I pulled this right out of the description in plain site. “Some Samsung models—S22+, S22 Ultra, S23+, S23 Ultra, S24+, and S24 Ultra—require 5A PPS to enable Fast Charging 2.0.” This is a 3A charger. READI have charged laptops, power banks, small solar generators, several phones, a few low power devices that require trickle charges and this does them all without issue. Great all-around charger and it’s tiny. The only negative I can think of is I would like an option to keep the display on.

I’m glad I made this purchase
This is the best wall charging block ever.I purchased this after seeing it on an ad online. I purchased the black color. The design is very sleek. The screen reminds me of an Apple Watch screen. It’s the same size as a GoPro. You’re able to see the wattage and voltage your device is charging to. There’s also a little animation that shows when the touch button is tapped. The design of being able to rotate the prongs makes storing safely when traveling. It’s also not heavy. The price is very worth it. I don’t have any complaints.

  6. GRC

The best anker charger I Have!
This is the best Anker charger I have and I have 14 other Anker wall warts. It is extremely fast and regulates itself for temperature, charging level and the display is a great addition.

  7. UDH

    Another solid Anker charger
Excellent charger. Like most anker products his does a very good job for its purpose. Compact but still provides plenty output to fast charge my devices.

  8. BeachBunny

Android functionality limited, but still good enough
Quite impressive overall. It’s a 45w charger which is smaller than most 10w chargers. The display is cute, BUT only takes up half of the face. Anker used a black piece of plastic to conceal this.I’m mostly in Android land, minus my iPad for Foreflight, so I don’t get all of the goodies. The screen doesn’t show my phone’s battery life nor how much time is remaining to charge. BUT, it still does show wattage and how hot the charger is running. It will put out 45w for a decent amount of time. I haven’t torture-tested it yet, but after 30 minutes it was still pumping out 45w continuous to one of my power banks. It even powers my Lenovo X1 Carbon quite well.Small enough to put in your jeans pocket if need be, and if you’re an iPhone user, you probably need to. If so, this is the charger for you.I wish they did more with the display. It’s a nice display, even if small. And so many opportunities to do something with it. Like a mAh/time counter, voltage/amp display, etc. I’m pretty sure the hardware could do it. Perhaps for a future version. In that case, nevermind, as I already have Anker’s 100w, 140w, and 160w display chargers and don’t need another one…my wife would kill me if I bought more.

  9. BDuB

A great little charger that displays real-time wattage, temperature status, and modes to charge your device depending on compatibility. The charger has 180° options that work for various charger positions, and the LCD screen flips to assure proper visibility depending on your setup. This item works with the Samsung Galaxy Fold 6.

  10. 7vin

One of the best chargers I’ve ever owned! So small and compact for a 45 watt, automated charging so it doesn’t burn out the battery. I like the device detection when you plug it in with little animation screen. Overall it’s an excellent power adapter/ Block. Materials are great quality, but anker is known for that, worth the price! My third product from them. I got Anker Solix c1000 G2 and older Anker power block both still works great 50hz and 60hz as I travel to countries that use different cycles in the electricity even when I’m in the field remotely in the Jungle that’s when I use the c1000 to power my Starlink 24/7!

  11. Gerry Lee

One of the best phone charger I’ve owned. Aside from the animation, the little block will show which apple device it’s charging, and the charging percentage that matches what’s currently on the phone. Even better yet, when the phone is turned off and it’s charging, it’ll also show what percentage it is as well. It’s super cool.Love how you can choose different angles to place the wall prongs as well. Well done.

  12. justin

Great little charger with great power output. Chargers my phone very fast without getting hot. Use this everyday now and it’s my favourite charger!

  13. Arjun u
