Great backlit remote for our Samsung TV
We bought a new Samsung TV a few months ago and the remote that came with it was good but not backlit, and the wheel to fast forward or rewind was a bit harder to use. Plus, only one remote and two people. So found this one on Amazon and it was great value for the money, so we wanted to try it. It works great! Connected to the TV right away, no issues there so it’s fully compatible. Does everything the other remote does – and it’s backlit, which is so important as I like my rooms dark in the evening. Definitely recommend!

Solves my silly problem. I watch tv at night without a lamp. I have wanted a Samsung remote with backlight for some time, but I didn’t want something large. This remote is simple and perfect. It’s made just like the style that came with the tv. I love it.

Once batteries added it was an immediate connection to my TV and the backlit buttons are great
It took a moment to slide the back off to insert the batteries but most remotes have the same issue for me.As soon as the batteries were in the buttons lit up, it connected with my TV with zero issues, and was immediately working better with the TV than the Samsung remote ever did.Easy and cheap – I would have bought this ages ago if I had known.

Works with both of my Samsung TVs. Feels good in your hand. Volume controls work much better than a different remote I bought at the same time. The only thing I wish was different is I would like it to light up when you pick it up. You have to push a button before all the buttons light up.

This remote is fabulous! I have only had it for a couple of day, but I know I will continue to be happy. It mirrors my original Samsung remote, but it has the backlight which is why I purchased it (2 of them actually!). The buttons are easy to push and react quickly. I had dropped my original one so many times that it was slow and some buttons didn’t always work.

It Works Like An Old Fassion Remote. Arm In The Air Pointed At The TV
I’m sorry to say it is not a very good remote control, unless you like putting your arm up in the air pointed straight at the TV and even then sometimes you have to push the button several times before it works, it is very frustrating. Yes, I did do the programing steps but it still didnt work any better.There is one thing I do like about it, it has bright blue light up buttons. Would I buy this remote again? A funny thing about that question. Before I used it on the TV, I told my husband I wanted the new remote and he could have the old one, I put the batteries in and the blue lights lit up on the remote. My husband and I were so excited about that because our old remote doesn’t have any light up buttons. My husband says I want a remote that lights up too! so of course I felt bad, I grabbed my phone and ordered him one but was terribly disappointed when I used it on the TV. I have used the remote for two days now and my right arm is killing me. I need to change arms and I better get some nice tone arms out of this. Lol
