Battery cover stays on. Works just as good if not better than the original.
The reason I purchased this remote is the original remote that came with my vSeeBox V3 Plus kept losing the battery door cover and wouldn’t stay on. This remote the battery door cover snapped on and didn’t come off. Upon first setup of the remote, I had to point the remote directly at the vSeeBox for it to work at all. To resolve this issue, I opened settings from the Home menu, went to system settings, remotes & accessories, vSeeBox Remoter, and then unpaired the remote from the vSeeBox. I then paired the remote through this screen and now I don’t have to directly point the remote straight at the vSeeBox in order for the remote to work. The buttons on this new remote seem a little stiff at first, but in my opinion work better than the original remote. Overall, I am very pleased with this replacement remote. Definitely worth the price that I paid.

Exactly what we needed!
Our puppy chewed the original remote up and so we got this one. It is an exact match and works perfectly. I bought 2 so I had an extra incase we have another puppy accident. It is also a good price!

would not pair, never get’s into bluetooth pairing mode
The remote wouldn’t enter pairing mode for bluetooth. It was too long after I’d received it that I was able to try it, so couldn’t replace it. Maybe yours works, mine didn’t.No way to contact any customer service, I tried.
