Works great to connect to alexa
Worked pefect to connect all my blinds to alexa. I programmed them to open and close at scheduled times. Just plug in and ur good to go.

Difficult Install but figured out a work around.
This was a nightmare to set up. Let me first say customer service was great and fast response from seller. Thought the hub was bad and ordered a different one but eventually got this to work. My hub did not have any lights on it so I initially thought it wasn’t working but it connected to the app. I used the smart life app because that was what the included QR code took me to.I have Xfinity with the XB6 gateway. It would recognize the hub but not allow me to connect any blinds even after splitting the WiFi with 2.4 and 5.I had to install a WiFi extender that connected to the gateway by 5. I then created 2.4 and 5 channels on the extender. I connected my phone to the 2.4 extender channel and installed the hub then followed the instructions for connecting the blinds. I found it worked better moving the hub to each room to connect the blinds and plugged it in as close to them as I could get. It still took a couple of attempts for each blind but they are now fully connected. It was very easy to follow the instructions in the smart life app and connect everything to my google smart home. One thing I will mention is it seems I can only fully open or close the blinds with google. I was hoping I’d be able to tell google to open them 50% but it doesn’t recognize that as an option. Still playing with them to fully understand their capabilities and will update this review if I discover something else. All in all these are great blinds for the price. I had a $40 coupon but had to be 1 blind at a time to use it for all of the blinds so they were around $80 each. The fabric valance really finishes off the look and they block the light really well. I have a street lamp right outside my bedroom window and these block it finally allowing me to sleep well.Even though the bridge was a pain in the … I eventually figured out a work around. Hope this helps someone else.

Pick the correct app for your smartphone
First time a bridge works so well. Very easy to program. Not so clear what app to load but after testing 3 i found the correct one.

Easy enough to install but flaky connection
It was actually pretty easy to set up once I watched the video on this product page. The issue i have is that the connection appears to cut out so that it’s not always responsive to Alexa. If I unplug the USB transceiver it’ll reconnect and then work.Update: so the seller reached out to replace the bridge and so far it seems to be working consistently.

Complicated set up
Does it work? Yes. Did it confound me to no end? Also yes. In the end, I wish I could help others with useful tips, but I honestly think I just happened upon the right steps and I am seriously crossing my fingers that I never lose power and have to set this hub up again. I downloaded the Tuya app and also have the smart life app. I can say that during all of this (it took hours) I saw quick connect features for other brand shades (smartwings, bringnox, and Yoolax) and I honestly almost gave up on the mansnix brand. But it was 1/2 the cost of those other brands and hard to pass up. I’m glad I stuck with it. Maybe if you work in IT this will be an easy set up for you, and if you don’t, maybe you’ll stumble upon the right steps and get it set up. There were literally zero instructions with this thing. I only knew about the Tuya app from another reviewer. I wish you the best of luck my friends.

Easy setup
Based on the other reviews I read, I was expecting this to be difficult to configure, but only took me 10 minutes and I was good to go. All three shades working with my Alexa.

Works great
It takes patience to install, but works as it should once you install.
