Finally found a pillow that helps my neck
After trying a bunch of pillows that either went flat or felt too bulky, this one has been a solid upgrade. The shape gives good support without feeling stiff, and I’ve noticed a lot less neck pain in the mornings.The contour and armrest areas make it easier to stay comfortable whether I’m on my side or back. It doesn’t force my head into an awkward position like some memory foam pillows do.The cooling cover is a nice bonus. It really does stay cooler than my old pillow, and I don’t wake up sweaty anymore. Plus, it’s soft, removable, and easy to wash.The foam is dense but still cushions well. It keeps its shape overnight and hasn’t flattened out like others I’ve used. No strange smell either, which I appreciated right away.If you’ve been dealing with sore shoulders or restless sleep, this one’s worth a try. It’s supportive, comfortable, and actually does what it says.

Very comfortable
The pillow is super comfortable. Prior to using it, I had really bad neck pain, and using it took the pain away the first night. It said that it helps with snoring. My husband both still snore with the pillow while on our backs. I love that the pillow does not squish my face while I sleep. Overall I love this pillow!

Very supportive and works well
I can finally find a pillow that supports my nature curves of neck and shoulder. Its ergonomic contour design not only keeps my neck and shoulder in a good position all night, but also releases the stiffness in the other day morning. Not to mention the good quality memory form which is soft but yet firm enough to support the neck, shoulder and spine, which improves my sleep quality a lot. I especially like that it comes with a pillow cover, which I can remove and wash frequently. Highly recommended.

Sleeping like a baby, goodbye stiff neck and aches..
Before using this pillow I was struggling finding the right position to place my head for sleep. It felt like with every way I lay my head down, the next morning I’d wake up with a stiff neck and aches. I gave this pillow a try and it shapes your head into a neutral position whether if you’re a side sleeper or back sleeper. A while later those aches went away and I started having more peaceful rests at night. I love the cover it comes with also, very soft. However I haven’t used other pillow covers on this due to the shape of the pillow. I just washed the original cover each time but within time I noticed the cover starting to deform and some parts got loose strands now. I know it can be a bummer but I’m more focused on the functionality to be honest. As long as the pillow doesn’t loose its structure like ordinary pillows do, I’m fine without the original cover, it can be replaced easily. I just loved the softness to it.Lastly, I wouldn’t really recommend for a belly sleeper due to the way the pillow is molded.

UPDATE: An additional 30+ days have passed since my initial review. I’m changing from a 4 star to a 3 star for the following: the memory foam has flattened out and no longer provides the shape and support as new. I, also, don’t like that the manufacturer mailed a form for me to fill out to get an Amazon credit for providing a review. Personally, I don’t really trust reviews that have been “bought.”. Just something to keep in mind when reading any incentivized review. I will say, it was possible to get this pillow for “free” when I purchased, so you could potentially get your money back, but BOTTOM LINE – I would not recommend this pillow based solely on performance and durability.I have given this pillow a solid 30 days before writing this review. It seems well made and did not have the typical memory foam smell. It took me about a week to get used to the change from a standard pillow to the memory foam. This pillow does alleviate arthritic stiffness and tech neck strain, but if I my head alignment is off (when laying on my back) just the slightest bit my arms do fall asleep and it will actually contribute more pain so extra attention to how you settle into it is required. However, I find that sleeping on my side with this pillow is amazingly comfortable. The raised edges on the side of the pillow support the space between my shoulders and neck, offering a tremendous amount of relief. I have tried other similar pillows in the past but this one seems to be the best, so far. I do think the shape of the pillow could be improved – the profile of the neck support is too steep and perhaps should be dual sided, meaning a lower profile offered on the opposite side (I have found this design with other pillows, but the foam was of lower quality and had the classic foam smell). This feature could help with people learning to use a foam pillow, too – start small and gradually increase the profile as you become acclimated to the posture correction. For now, this pillow is a keeper and I would recommend it, but it’s not the game changer for me that other reviewers have expressed. I’m still looking for “the one.”

I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider – the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer).I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases.Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.
