I rarely write reviews, but this seat cushion and lumbar support pillow set is a worth buying, it helps my lower back and lumbar pain, this cushion has helped relieve discomfort noticeably, preferably and perfectly on the office chair. The memory foam is supportive yet comfortable, and the combined seat and back cushion design makes it very practical and versatile. What I really like is that this is a combined seat cushion and back support pillow set. You don’t need to buy separate products, and they work perfectly together to improve posture and reduce strain on the spine. It’s also helpful my child with spinal or posture issues. A useful product for the whole family. Recommended!

Slick but comfy!
10|10! So far it’s been super durable haven’t had any issues, I’d say it’s a good 4/5 inches thick and it literally took my back pain away after sitting at a desk for hours. It is slick! It will slide around on ya unless you have a fabric chair, helps my back a lot, but again the slickness I have to adjust the back part a lot I ended up just not using it. I say it’s good quality for the price

Much easier for a long sitting office day
The cushions has honestly made sitting for long hours so much easier. The lumbar pillow gives really good support without feeling stiff, and it stays in place because of the rubber band on the back. My lower back feels way better since I started using it. The seat cushion is just as great. It’s soft but supportive, and it doesn’t flatten out even after a full workday. I also use it in the car sometimes and it’s super comfortable. If you sit a lot for work or studying, this set makes a huge difference. Totally worth it.

Bottom cushion is not supportive.
The bottom cushion is not nearly as firm as I wanted it to be. I have hip and back issues and was really hoping this would be more supportive. The cushion that attaches to the back of the chair is fine and comfortable. I’m not going to return it but I will continue to look for a bottom cushion that has more support.

Great support for sciatica pain
I bought this mainly for sciatica discomfort, and it has helped more than I expected. The lumbar pillow supports my lower back very well and reduces the pressure that usually builds up after long hours of sitting.The seat cushion distributes weight evenly and relieves pressure on my hips and tailbone, which makes sitting much more comfortable. I notice less numbness and stiffness during the day.The memory foam is supportive without being too hard, and it keeps its shape. The back strap holds the lumbar pillow securely in place.Overall, this set provides real comfort and noticeable relief for sciatica-related pain. I’m very satisfied with the results.

Not Happy
I bought this based on other reviews, but am terribly disappointed.It does not fit on my office chair. The seat is far too small, leaving a big gal between the edge of the seat and the end of my office chair. My knees hurt from the gap. The seat slides whenever I sit down.The lumbar is obviously for someone taller and rests at the center of my back rather than my lumbar.It is not firm at all. I am not a large person, but the seat compresses all the way when I sit down. The back support is firmer than the seat support. Therefore, I end up with a smashed seat and a lump in the middle of my back.I do not recommend this for anyone who has leg and back problems.

Soft yet firm!!!
I have sciatica pain and these cushions make sitting much easier now. It’s soft yet firm and pretty comfortable. Love the lumbar support pillow since that helps keep my back straight.
