Great product
Check profile size before ordering. Too high a profile for my counter/cabinet space. Other than that, I did check the unit out. Heavy, seem to be well made. Makes great coffee from both sides, stays hot, auto shutoff works and is fast compared to a lot of coffee makers I’ve had over the years. Would recommend and wished it fit better for my needs.

This is great. If you only need one cup, perfect but if you have a lot of guests and want a pot it is very handy. Easy to set up and nice looking on the coffee bar.

Not perfect, but some good qualities
This is one of those odd purchases for me. Not perfect, but it does what it’s supposed to do. I’m keeping it for sure, but things like adding your water for each K-Cup are a bit annoying. It makes good coffee, but the K-cup and the typical drip brewer. So, there are more positives than negatives. Two machines in one is, of course, a top reason to have one. It’s certainly not perfect, but it’s really functional and a space saver.

Customer Service Like No Other
I’m giving 5 stars solely for the customer service. The coffee maker itself does exactly was it says, with the carafe and single serve. We are coffee lovers and this maker has been perfect for my family. The burner only stays on for 2 hours which is the only con I have about it.That being said, the carafe side of the maker stopped working not even 5 months after purchase. I messaged the company on the morning of 12/01/25 and had a response within 4 minutes with an apology and that a brand new one would be mailed out to me that day and that I would receive it by 12/03/25.On 12/03/25, I had a brand-new replacement delivered to my front door. This is by far the best customer service I have EVER had from an online purchase in my entire life. The customer service alone has made me a future customer without a doubt.

Never heard of this brand, but I decided to give it a try!! And I Love it!!!! It does everything I expected!!! Best coffee ever! Saves space and time and temperature of coffee is excellent!!

Pretty good coffee pot
Its a nice machine . Its kinda slow to brew but not terrible. I wish the k cup side would accommodate a taller cup . I would buy it again though .
