For it’s price point its a very capable robot
This is a very capable robot vacuum. It does everything it needs to in keeping your floor clean. Very easy to use and setup, I like the auto detergent feature. It’s missing features from other flagships, like being able to access the camera, being able to run mop-only jobs or vacuum-then-mop jobs which I would really like to see added in the future. I have very pet hair friendly home and it’s had no issue keeping up with that. No clogs or to speak of so far. I did have some dog fluff get tangled in the extendable brush arm but it was easy enough to remove. Obstacle avoidance is okay, it sees larger objects and avoids them. It pulled the cable out of my electric couch which was probably hard to see as it was black against a dark floor, other cables it avoided well. It’s navigated under chairs and tables which was a pain point on previous vacs, that was really good to see. It got stuck on a coat rack leg which was odd but again not a big deal. Overall I’m very happy with its performance, no hair tangles on the brush roller, uses mopping water efficiently. Area’s of improvement will likely come in later revisions such as better cameras/obstacle avoidances, more mopping pressure, etc. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and think its one of the best options for your money in the sub $1000 price point.

(Update 12/17/25: Changing my review rating as the company has been amazing to work with. After this review, I was contacted by the support team. They are working on firmware to address the height issues. For me, the key to a good tech company is the support and they have been very responsive. After spending some time with E25, I can confidently say the roller mop is the way to go. Other designs with spinning pads should be considered obsolete. The way this thing cleans the roller as it goes, simply cannot be beat and is extremely efficient. Spinning pads are rotating dirt on your floor, simple as that. This unit also creates a nice 3D map, and does it extremely quickly. It never gets lost, and it always knows exactly where it is in the house. I will further update this review as the E25 firmware progresses.)Ok, this thing has some pretty great tech. The mapping is awesome. The height however is a serious problem that eufy refuses to fix. (I connected with support). It does not clean under kitchen cabinets along the toe kick… they know about it and have no plans to change it. It treats our couch as a wall, and won’t go under that either. Just idiotic. Not sure how this thing is getting good reviews considering these glaring problems. Stay away if you want under your cabinets clean. Cant believe I even need to say that….

Stair aware is a fairly solved problem in the market. Since it works with sensors which is highly reliable than the AI stuff with cameras.2. Eufy has wonderful products and outstanding customer support. Replacement parts are easy to find and install, the robot is made to last. The system can clean my floors faster and more efficiently than I could ever dream to accomplish. It runs effortlessly with a push of the button, and the sensors do very well at finding if it’s missed any spots or debris, while also avoiding any hazards for tangling and ceasing the mop when on carpeted areas (and also increases the vacuum seamlessly). Water levels are great, it’s not wasteful or saturating my hard wood floors, and it leaves a nice sheen to the wood as it dries. I have a dirty home, and have yet after 4 months to need to replace any brushes, bags, or cleaning solution, even having them on hand and ready with purchasing the replacement bundle. It can do my whole home in 40 minutes and it does very surprisingly well without requiring a lot. Everything about the machine is precise.Eufy’s customer support is outstanding. They are willing to listen to your gripes and offer solutions or redesign with innovation for what might be demanded. Definitely above and beyond, and a pleasure to interact with, with a desire to uplift and support success.I’ve never owned quite a machine, even from eufy, and to see the progress in quality, I’m glad I stuck with the brand. I’d dare to say you’ve got a loyal customer here. If I’m buying another, it’ll be eufy. If I recommend one, it’s eufy. Even the OG robots can’t compare to this quality and improvements over time. No customer support has ever been so efficient to address concerns. I even received an email to thank my praises and acknowledge my concerns when it came for a product review.Get it, and I promise – there’s no looking back. Best vacuum/mopping robot on the market today!
After first use, this little robot is amazing. We have mostly Luxury Vinyl Plank on our first floor, with some tile in bathrooms. We also have a couple of area rugs over the LVP floor. This E-25 mapped the whole first floor in about 20 minutes, coming up with a very accurate map of the floor. I labeled the rooms and noted the flooring type, and set all of the settings and the schedule, which was Monday morning at 0900 to clean the entire floor. Monday morning came and off it went. We watched it go to several areas and were very impressed at how well it navigated, vacuumed and mopped. It only took about an hour and a half to clean the entire level of about 1800 sq. ft. The App. is amazing showing all kinds of stuff about the robot, where it is, what has been cleaned, what pattern it used, when it re-docks, what exactly it is doing, and so on. We are going to set this to clean once a week and are extremely happy with how it cleans its noise level and just how amazing this machine is. Highly recommend!!!

I bought a new robot vacuum but this one had dust and mud like substance in the box which I had to throw out because of the smell.Also the transparent stickers and all were there like it was new but then there was smudges and water marks inside and on the robot vacuum.I like the vacuum and don’t know if it’s too late to return because I don’t have the boxes anymore. But I’d rather return and get a new one hoping the shipping people made a mistake or something.Mop and vacuum seems ok I think. I just had it for a 13 hours. I have to test it. But the mapping system is very bad in my opinion. Hopefully it adjust overtime. I cannot adjust or shape the apartment like in the videos I saw before buying. I will have to take out all the furnitures first and then let it map and then put the furnitures back. Which I partially did but still the vacuum missed almost 300sq ft of my apartment. It does the mapping so fast that I think if it takes its time and scan properly it might just do it properly.It also vacuums very fast even though I keep the settings on deep clean. It’s good if it actually cleans properly but it miss a lot of spot.I like the roller mop but it leaves wet marks when it climbs over even 1.5mm of doorway or anything.Update on my previous reviewMapping: the vacuum maps itself after a few clean so if you give it a few tries with your home furniture in place and no obstacles around it should map out your apartment/house accordingly and with almost perfect accuracy.About the item coming in dirty and smelly. The seller messaged me personally and offered full refund for damaged box and the water that had worked its way into the box. I offered to return the vacuum but they insisted I keep it and let them know if there is any any that arise. I never expected to keep my money and the vacuum both. I kinda feel bad in a way because I could always return it but the seller made sure and insisted I keep the vacuum!!! Unreal customer service.The 5 star is for the customer service and I’d give the eufy vacuum a 4.5 star overall.Thank you Regina for the great customer service!

I am both horrified and amazed with just what the Eufy sucks up each day. It runs for about an hour before docking itself to charge. It has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone considering a robot vacuum.

I am visiting my elderly mother from New York. I brought Eufy RoboVac with me from the U.S., thinking that she may not use it. But she loved it so much that I decided to order another one for the first floor. This way she does not have to carry it from the second floor when she wants to clean the first floor. I was a bit worried since this item is used. But, it looks just as new and worked perfectly. The RoboVac cleaned the first floor perfectly. The only thing that it did not have was a remote controller, which I did not realize. But I just ordered it from Amazon. My mother is extremely happy with the item. It’s convenient to have the RovoVac especially for elderly people. I highly recommend this item.

Hasta ahorita va fantástica. Me ahorra muuucho tiempo en el qué hacer de mi departamento. Ahora siempre está libre de polvo. No uso la función de programarla pues hay que asegurarse que no haya cables o cosas en el piso que se puedan atorar. Funciona bien, punto en contra es que no tiene sensor láser entonces tarda más en limpiar pues pasa varias veces por el mismo lugar pero estaba consciente de eso cuando la compré. Por ese precio, súper bien. Aspira bien en modo normal, si hay mucho polvo el modo boost consigue limpiarlo bien. Sugerencia: usar por áreas. Yo la encierro en cada cuarto unos 15 minutos para que limpie bien la zona sin dispersarse.Cuando salgo de viaje me aseguro de dejar recogido para poder activarla de forma remota por WiFi antes de regresar y encontrar todo limpio. La recomiendo (si no te alcanza para una con sensor láser).Update: La batería murió después de 2 años. Tristemente no se puede comprar la original porque no hacen envíos fuera de Estados Unidos así que hay que comprar una genérica. La acabo de pedir por lo que aun no sé qué tal funcione.Recomendación: Ya sea si compras esta u otra aspiradora considera que puedas encontrar un buen repuesto pues eventualmente la batería original se agotará.

Lo he usado por casi un mes y concluyo esto:Tengo dos perros y limpia bastante bien todo su pelo.Hace poco ruido, se escucha trabajar, pero no molesta.Mi casa es pequeña y la batería me permite limpiar 3 días sin tener que cargarla.La primera carga completa tardó como 6 horas, pero las siguientes como 3 horas. Yo la apago con el switch de abajo cada que termina y he notado que así dura más la batería.Tengo dos tipos de piso, uno cerámico y otro vinílico, en el cerámico limpia perfecto a la primera pasada, pero en el vinílico le cuesta más recoger todo el pelo de perro, ahí prefiero barrer y de vez en cuando usar la aspiradora.El cepillito incluido permite limpiar la aspiradora de forma sencilla y rápida.Los materiales parecen de calidad.El control remoto es muy útil para guiarla cuando limpia, incluso más que la app, esa solo la utilizo para revisar la batería.En general estoy satisfecha con la aspiradora porque limpia mejor que yo el pelo de perro y el polvo, se nota mucho la diferencia. La limpieza del piso ahora es más rápida y menos cansada. Solo espero que dure muchos años.
