The product’s materials appear to be of very high quality. The touchscreen is excellent—very user-friendly and easy to navigate through the different options. Internet connectivity is very simple and fast, and the cable quality, with its various connection options, is excellent as well. Highly recommended for the price paid.

Not Worth the Money or the Time
It’s a beautiful coffee maker and makes an amazing pot of coffee, but it had many flaws. The app never would connect and about a week later the burr grinder quick working. Since I couldn’t get the proper help from customer support, I sent it back

Make excellent tasting coffee every time!
Makes a great tasting cup of coffee every time! Extremely pleased with this purchase. This GE Profile grind and brew coffee maker is excellent and very happy we purchased. reading previous reviews helped me decide to purchase and very pleased with this coffee maker!! While the price is rather steep, this coffee maker actually pays for itself with what we were spending on Neapresso single serve pods and also from wasting half pots of coffee brewed with our former coffee maker because the coffee from our old machine tasted bitter after sitting for even a short time. Like another review stated I too had the cuisinart grind and brew machine in the past and this makes superior tasting coffee. The one “negative” is that it is just slightly too tall to fit under our kitchen cabinets. it is 16.5 inches tall and we have 16.25 inches of clearance between our counter and kitchen cabinets. I read this in another review as well which was helpful. I would suggest making this slightly shorter but over all highly recommended this coffee maker to any serious coffee drinker!! we love our morning coffee and this new purchase has added a step of additional satisfaction to our morning coffee routine and drinking!

Great except…..
UPDATE. I loved this coffee maker so much until after a month the ‘clean grinder’ came on. I emptied out all the beans and cleaned it 3 times, took a half hour. Finally got the light off. It will not work until you clear this setting. HUGE PAIN TO CLEAN!!!!! :::: The the best coffee maker hands down but will give you FITS trying to reset the Clean Grinder setting. It won’t grind unless you clear it so you are stuck. It’s a ‘smart’ coffee maker but you don’t feel dumb trying to figure it out. Lots of precise settings that are easy & user friendly. You can get it exactly the way you like it. Grinder is quiet. It brews quickly & will tell you how many minutes are left & how long it’s been since it brewed. I’ll spend a lot of money on something if it works well, but the grinder feature on this one makes it a non-starter. I won’t buy it again.

Disappointing and requires constant attention
The GE Profile smart, grind, and brew coffee maker is a solid, well-built device with good potential, but it ultimately misses the mark on convenience. It requires far too much attention to detail for an automatic machine. I set it up once, only to find that it needs to be reset and adjusted almost every time, which is frustrating and time-consuming. For example, I make 8 cups of high-quality coffee requiring three scoops of coffee to be ground, and the machine says not enough coffee. Other times the machine grinds the coffee beans but doesn’t brew the coffee. All this requires more attention it’s not automatic. Mornings are busy, and the whole reason I bought an automatic coffee maker make excellent coffee without the fuss—not to reconfigure settings the night before or wake up to no coffee brewed. If you enjoy fine-tuning parameters daily, it may work for you, but for true “set it and forget it” automation, this machine falls short.

Sleek and heavy
I enjoy the sleek appearance of this coffee maker. It took me a while to have the coffee maker work properly. The pieces are difficult to re-install after you remove them and can be quite messy when they are not placed correctly. It is heavy and not easy to move to replace water. I do enjoy the larger water receptacle. I like how the make gives you a timer for brewing as well as how long the coffee has been brewed. Not sure I agree with the cost of the machine for the quality of the maker.

WiFi start is a blessing
We love this coffee maker. It’s the best thing ever to start the pot from our phones on our way home from the gym every morning!!!Only thing that would make it better is if the carafe was a little bigger!
