I tend to go through mouse and desk pads every couple of months, so I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the frayed. I’m happy to report that this one is a winner. Right out of the box, it lays perfectly flat without those annoying curled edges you get with cheaper mats.The build quality is excellent. The outside stitching is solid the whole way around, which gives me confidence that it won’t start peeling apart after a few weeks of heavy use. I’m extremely happy with the LMICRD gaming desk pad. The 31.5 x 15.7 inch size is a bit too big for my desk, but I knew that before hand, however, it easily fits my keyboard and mouse. It instantly made my desk look cleaner and more organized.The surface is ultra-smooth and feels great under the mouse. Tracking is very precise, whether I’m gaming or doing detailed work. It works flawlessly with my optical mouse and feels much better than smaller, standard mouse pads.The neoprene material feels durable and high-quality. I especially appreciate the stitched edges — they prevent fraying and give it a premium finish. The non-slip rubber base holds firmly in place, even during intense gaming sessions. It doesn’t slide around at all on my desk. Although I have a dilemma on whether I should trim it to fit and risk the edges starting eventually fraying.Another big plus is the water-resistant coating. Small spills wipe off easily without staining, which is great for everyday use. It also rolls up easily if you need to transport it.Overall, this is a stylish, durable, and functional desk pad that offers excellent value for the price. Oversized Mouse Pads Are The Way To Go
This is the second oversized mouse pad I have used. IMO, what’s not to like… it’s a desktop accessory that not only expands your mouse real estate but can also dress up the desktop. This large mouse pad is exceptional on both counts. Its size is perfect for my desktop, adding a nice style and comfort to my desktop. This design works for me… it reminds me of a topography map. In addition to the design, the pad provides the functionality I need for operating my mouse across a larger section of my desktop. This provides a better work environment for me and eliminates the workspace limitation of standard sized mouse pads. In addition to creating an enlarged workspace, it also grips my keyboard and holds it in place. The smooth texture of the surface feels good against my arms and although the padding thickness is not extensive, it does beat resting my arms on a wooden desktop. If it’s not obvious, I’m a big fan of this large sized mouse pad. My guess is that once you try this at your workstation, you’ll be a big fan too.
