Simply the best!
This is the best office chair Lumbar support device that I have owned over the past 35 years. It shouldn’t be called a support pillow, because it is much more. It is a lumbar support device which allows 4 quadrant padded, contoured plates to be individually adjusted to achieve the perfect comfort and support level for any individual. The price was very inexpensive. This is one of the best product cost-for-value devices I have ever come across. I would give 6 stars if possible. FYI- I am 6ft 3″ and weigh 250, and this product does support large men and is heavy duty.

It actually does what it says it does, in certain circumstances
I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this based on the dystopian, Mad Max vibe I got from both the pictures and when I pulled it out of the box. BUT, wow, the way it hugs my back ribs, I just love it. My husband was watching me to get the verdict and the minute I sat down I let out a “ohhh, this is AWESOME!” It really does hug my back body and now I just need a similar feel for my seat so I can have a sports car vibe in my office chair.It moves/rocks with my body as I lean forward or back, and it holds me up so my posture is good. I can breathe so much easier without the compression on my diaphragm from slouching. I’ve had several abdominal surgeries so my abs aren’t as strong as they could be, and after trying so many types of lumbar support pillows, this one is a complete surprise. I never expected to be held upright like this. I definitely recommend!UPDATE: I tried this in another chair that didn’t have as deep as a seat as the first chair I used it in, and it pushes me all the way to edge of the seat. So while it still feels great on my back, I’m not seated correctly. Removing a star, as there should be a way to adjust this for seat depth.

Highly Adjustable Lumbar Support That Actually Works
I recently started using this lumbar support, and it’s unlike any other back support I’ve tried. I’ve dealt with chronic back issues for years, and I’ve tested a lot of pillows and supports, but this one immediately felt different. Right out of the box, I attached it to a plain wooden chair using the straps, and the fit was comfortable without any adjustments. The design is pretty unique—it has four separate pads, each with springs behind them, and all of them can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. Adjusting them is straightforward: you just unscrew the back, move the pads to the desired position, and screw them back in. They even include a couple of extra screws, which is a nice touch.The pads do a good job of moving with my body thanks to the springs, so the support stays consistent whether I lean forward or back. The adjustable straps keep the unit in place and prevent it from slipping, which is especially useful if I switch it between different chairs. I have used it in my office chair and in my car, and it’s easy to transport because it’s lightweight. The only minor tradeoff is that it reduces the seat depth slightly, but the comfort and support more than make up for that.The way it hugs the back and encourages better posture is noticeable. I can sit upright without slouching, and I feel less compression on my diaphragm, which makes breathing easier. The materials feel solid—the plastic base is thick, and the pads are covered with lightly padded perforated vinyl. This makes my wife’s office chair much more comfortable.It is just the right size and is obviously of high quality.It provides critical back support for lengthy periods in front of the computer.The firmness of this support is just right, not too soft or too firm.I would recommend it as would Little Red Riding Hood.

Amazing Lumbar Support. Not the Prettiest, But It Works!
I have a love-and-hate relationship with this support pillow, LOL. I absolutely LOVE that it gets the job done. It provides excellent lumbar support, and when I sit, it genuinely feels like it’s hugging my back in all the right spots. It helps me maintain good posture, which is especially important since I sit for long periods every day. For that alone, this pillow is fantastic.Now for the downside: the colors and design are not my favorite. The yellow fabric mixed with gray straps and red rolls just doesn’t make much sense, and it definitely makes my nice office chair look less attractive. I’d give it a 10/10 for support and a 0/10 for design/color.That said, it’s very easy to assemble, simple to adjust, and fits well on the chair. If comfort, posture, and back support matter more to you than aesthetics, this pillow is absolutely worth the money.
