Great, practical, and effective!
This is a great alarm clock! Like most people that purchased, I was having extreme morning fatigue related to my chronic health issues. Over time, it had become almost impossible to wake up in the morning. I was looking for a starter sunrise alarm clock to try, before spending at a higher price point. Now I doubt I’ll end up replacing it, unless I buy another of the same model! The light brightness and the color can be adjusted according to preference, and it has a button to turn on a nightlight/reading light that stays on as well. The alarms are easy to set, and there’s 2 distinct alarms so that you can set them based on time, multiple people’s schedule, or by day. The time can be dimmed or turned off completely during the night, as well. It also has 21 alarm sounds and many of them are beautiful instrumentals and I can tell that they thoughtfully chose the music pieces to be relaxing and delightful to wake up to. All in all, it functions exactly as expected and is very easy to get used to. I recommend it highly! I’m able to wake up on my first try now, and it’s improved my sleep duration and quality both.

Great alarm clock. Easy to set and a manageable and decent selection of sounds and light effects. The sunrise setting starts to illuminate gradually 10 minutes before the set alarm time with the full light setting and sound selected emitting at the alarm time. Only drawback is that it must be plugged in – we experience power outages and so it cannot be relied upon to operate each morning depending upon power availability, but it does keep the time and set alarm once power is restored.

Fine for the price
It’s a cheap option for a reason. I like the sunrise feature and that’s the main thing I wanted. Altman is not very customizable (you can have 2 saved alarms, but you can only set them to be for mon-Fri or sat-sun. Sound quality is unbelievably bad, but who cares I guess. The time is a bit blurry but I like that you can adjust the brightness of the numbers. It’s fine for the price but I won’t be telling all my friends about it. It’s smaller than I expected in a good way. Maybe like 5 inches tall.

Best way to wake up
It works as described, easy to set up, easy controls, it doesn’t take up space, there are various brightness settings, the volume settings for the numerous alarm tones really helps. I enjoy not waking up to a harsh noise and the soft to bright light is a gentle but effective way for me to wake up. And the big plus for me, is the clock face lights can be completely turned off but turns on when the alarm goes off. It’s one less light on while trying to sleep. I would’ve given it 5 stars but it doesn’t have the sleep sounds like the other sunrise clocks, but it does exactly what it advertise.

It works!
As someone who takes seizure medication, I sleep harder than I used to. I was sleeping through my iPhone alarm which caused many stressed and rushed mornings for work. I’m never late so it was extremely frustrating. I tried a few other digital alarms and I also slept through those. I thought it was a gimmick, but it does wake me up. I love that it is a slower wake up call as I don’t jolt up awake and confused. It makes it easier to get up. You can adjust the sound, volume, color, brightness, etc. It saved me a lot of frustrating as I was running out of ideas on how to make sure I’m up on time. I have no kids and was living alone at the time of purchase so I didn’t have anyone to nudge me awake when needed.From a heavy sleeper, good value for money, great function ability and lots of option to make it work how you need. It does need to stay plugged in, but if your power goes out in the middle of the night it does not reset. It will still have your alarms, times and settings once power is back on. I think you can have a backup battery option, but I’m not totally sure.

Cute clock
I gave this to my son and he loves the clock. He really enjoys the sunset feature and the sound options. It’s nice to wake up to something besides loud buzzing/beeping. He also likes that you can dim the brightness of the numbers at night. Great little clock.
