Adjust the Eye Cups: One of the key features of the Manta Pro is the fully adjustable eye cups. If light is entering through the bridge of your nose, try repositioning the eye cups. I’ve worked night shift on and off throughout my career, and I’m currently on again. This time around, I’ve been sleeping terribly. I figured it was time to give a sleep mask a try. I was initially skeptical about the Manta Pro simply from a cost standpoint. The price seemed a bit steep compared to the plethora of options, but I looked at this as an investment. Buy once, cry once, right? I’m glad I did.I’ve been using this for about a week now, and I’m sleeping better than I did before. It took a few times test fitting the eye cups so that I didn’t get any light peeking through, but once I dialed it in, it works great. The mask is super breathable. I sleep with a fan on and can feel a little bit of air going through the mask, yet it truly is 100% blackout. I’ve found that it stays in position and doesn’t slide around when I move. I’m strictly a side sleeper, and this mask is super comfortable.My quality of sleep has dramatically improved, even on the days where my body says “it’s time to get up” after only 3 or 4 hours. I’m not waking up multiple times a night. I feel more rested when I do wake up. I’m falling asleep faster than before, and (usually) sleeping for longer.I think this is a great option for anyone looking for a sleep mask, but especially for anyone who works night shift. Do yourself a favor and get one. The benefits certainly outweigh the cost!

You can adjust the position of the eye cups to fit your eyes, the entire mask is soft and cups are the right amount squishy to avoid giving me eye/head pain, Velcro connector stays secure in place for sleepers that move around a lot and also wears a bonnet, the Velcro strap in the back and eye cups connecting it to the headband never has snagged my air or bonnets. and the best part is it always blocks 100% of all artificial/natural lighting.I wear this over a bonnet and occasionally use it with over the ear headphones. It has always stayed in place with/without the headphones and/or bonnet.Price might seem steep but OMG it’s worth the investment for the sake of a quality day/nights worth of rest. And with the ability to remove the eye cups it’s even easier to clean & sanitize.With it also comes a travel zipper pouch and foam ear plugs that I found useful while traveling. The color combo is also awesome in my personal opinion.

Wish it was a bit more affordable, but good product
Quite pricy but it does its job well for keeping the light out. It’s pretty comfortable overall but sometimes the feeling does get irritable for me personally. All depends on how sensitive you are to objects sitting on your face & personal preferences. Doesn’t slip, love that it comes with its own bag.

I am a side-sleeper, night shift worker, and someone who HATES even a little sliver of light in their vision when trying to sleep – 100% recommend this mask if you are any combo of the above! It’s comfortable and fits perfectly after adjusting the eye cups and band to find the correct fit for your face. Before this mask, I was looking for a new complete set of blackout curtains or blinds for my bedroom, absolutely desperate to create darkness for when I need to sleep during the daytime – now it doesn’t matter because it truly does block out ALL light! It looks pricey but is totally worth the coin to save my sleep, sanity, and even more $$ in the end that I would have dropped on an upgraded set of blackout curtains or blinds.
