One weak sensor. Otherwise so far, so good.
All pieces arrived intact and as advertised (no loose magnets or sensors in the bag as in reviews for similar products; 40 screws in a separate, zipped baggie).I tested all 10 magnets with one sensor, and had consistent results measuring ~1.25″ for make/break contact.I then tested all sensors with one magnet, and 7 were consistent measuring ~1.25″ for make/break, one measured a little more than 0.5″, one measured 1.5″, and one measured 2.25″ for make/break.Method of testing: Digital Multi-Meter in continuity mode with leads across terminals of sensor, measuring distance when the magnet changes the sensor state.Conclusion: 9 out of 10 sensor at >1″ for make/break contact. Decent bang for your buck.I’ll update the review if/when sensors start to fail (as with reviews of similar products).

They work great. But there a little Flimsy some of the magnets came apart in the bag. Overall they do the job .

Unreliable Work only when it wants to
This switch is unreliable. After being engaged it for a short period it will not disengage and continues to indicate as engaged. Bad and unreliable product I have tested 5 of these switches and they all test the same

Inexpensive and their quality shows it
Thae switches are inexpensive and unfortunately preform as such. While the quantity of 10 (includes screws) is nice for the price, a majority of them do not preform well. Quality varys with some working as intended while others, well under perform. Some magnets are pretty weak and as such must be placed closer than usual (to the point of touching on several). These Switches by themselves do switch on and off as intended but their build quality is questionable. While all 10 pieces worked, you will definately want to use a multimeter to test before installing. With the quality of these varying, thier cheap feel and these being used for windows and doors, I am very apprehensive of their life span. You might be tempted by their low price but I would look at other options that are available here on Amazon.
